Beautiful cabin studio, renovated in April 2016, ideal for a couple and 2 children.
Located on the 2nd floor in a residence on the port of Bormes with private swimming pool offering a magnificent sea view.
Entrance leading to a sleeping area, a bathroom with bathtub and WC, fully equipped kitchen open to living room opening onto a beautiful south-west facing loggia with superb view of the beach, boats, pine forest, hill and sunsets.
Sleeps: 1 140X190 bed (convertible sofa)
+ 2 80X200 beds (bunk beds).
100m from the beach + 300m from shops.

studio conforme en tous points au descriptif ... vous prenez votre petit déjeuner sur la loggia en regardant les écoles de voile quitter la plage et les loueurs de bateaux effectuer les essais dans le port ... des petits déjeuners qu'on fait durer pour le plaisir ! si vous êtes pressé d'aller à la plage ... 5 mn à pied en longeant la mer ... si vous préférez la piscine traversez le port des grands yachts et vous trouvetez une piscine "olympique" avec une vue sur la mer à couper le soufle !!! l'impression d'être en vacances à tous moments ...

Appartement idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants en bas âge. La clim avec les chaleurs du mois de juillet était vraiment appréciable. Piscine, plage, parking, clim, lave linge, lave vaisselle, micro-onde, four,.. L'appartement est superbement bien équipé et hyper fonctionnel, on ne manque de rien. Rapport qualité prix au top !

Gemütliche Wohnung mit wunderschönen Meerblick

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in einer gemütlichen Wohnung verbringen dürfen! Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und allem was man so benötigen kann ;) Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer, es sind ca 3 min. Fußweg zum Strand. Vom Balkon aus kann man tolle Abendstunden mit Meeresblick genießen. Es ist alles was benötigt wird in nächster Nähe... Wir sagen Danke für eine erholsame Woche! :)

Très bonnes vacances passées dans ce studio. (Calme ressenti dans l’immeuble malgré le mois de juillet) Tout le confort est présent. Logement très pratique, rien ne manque. Idéalement situé et ayant un balcon qui offre une très belle vue mer. Une place de parking privative, une piscine, une climatisation qui fonctionne très bien, la proximité du centre ville et de la plage, j’en passe et des meilleurs. Le port de plaisance en bas de la résidence est très agréable. Remise des clés par personne agréable et conciliante.

Idéalement situé et agencé

Les propriétaires qui sont extrêmement réactifs et disponibles proposent un studio cabine de qualité qui est très bien équipé. On se sent comme chez soir car on y trouve tout ce dont a besoin pour débuter le séjour. On sent que cette location est prise en main sérieusement : les couchages sont de qualité, les équipements sont récents et bien entretenus, vous ne manquez pas d’ustensiles ni de produits d’entretien. Il est agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner en regardant les bateaux évoluer dans la baie. La climatisation est efficace et permet des nuits sereines. (Inutile en journée car brise de mer). Le véhicule est stationné en proximité directe et on peut tout faire à pieds ensuite. L’accès à la plage, piscine (bien gérée), activités nautiques et centre ville sont faciles. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et recommandons cette location.
