Amazing stay in Idaho Falls

My family was looking for a getaway from LA and we found it. From the quiet neighborhood, to the spacious grounds, to the relaxing hot tub, we could not have asked for more for our stay. The accommodations were perfect.

Very nice / hot tub amazing

Perfect house for all occasions it reminded us of our family’s farm home. It is close to everything but you feel like you are in the country. Just what we were looking for. The house is upgraded and very clean, private hot tub was amazing. Host was responsive and very accommodating.

Great Home Peaceful Loacation

We rented this house for a month while we completely a job close by. The house had everything we needed, the hot tub was awesome, and the location was so peaceful but not too far away from grocery stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay again! Thanks Guys!

This home is close enough to everything. But yet far enough away from everything! The home is extremely comfortable and very well taken care of. It felt like home away from home. We were there 9 days so being able to cook, relax, have family over and soak in the hot tub with my husband was wonderful. The owners had great communication and understanding. We will be back!!

A slice of private comfort, minutes away from everything.

This guest house was even better than the photos displayed. Almost any place we went in Idaho Falls was within a 5-15 minute drive, and we were able to visit several points of interest.Very comfortable, and roomy enough for a larger group. We easily had 2 people in the kitchen, and there are extra leaves and chairs for the dining table. The kitchen and baths were equipped with everything we could possibly need, including many pantry staples most guest houses don't provide.The upstairs bathroom was incredible, and could easily accommodate other members of the group. A spacious yard and cozy covered porch were part of what we loved about the property. The best part though, was the feeling of coming home every time we pulled into the driveway.

Family and Business Travelers Beware!!!!

We are a good family with 6 children, business owners. We booked this home for 1 month for business. 1.There is a workshop with about 5 men or so making knives and swords 30 yards away from the home, smoking, and sometimes loud. There was no discloser of this before our arrival. Our children couldn’t go outside, made my wife uncomfortable, and we were concerned with our children well fare. There were cigarette butts everywhere outside the home where we had to pick them up, and being nonsmokers, this made us uncomfortable. 2.The owner lives right down the street and is there constantly. We found him peeping in our windows and we caught him in the house on our being away via baby cam. Not Private. 3.There were smell good product everywhere, and dangerous for our kids, and when it wears off, you can smell mildew and old house. Our kids were sneezing constantly. Very bad smell. Our kids also found old mouse traps, things in drawers and nick knacks that are just flat out dangerous. Not set up well for children. 4.The septic tank flooded 2 times. 1. We thought it might have been our fault. He said there were baby wipes but pulled out, with leaves and other things as well. Our son is Autistic and would prefer to use the baby’s flushable baby wipes and would sneak them sometimes. It was resolved quickly with no damage. But the owner would have us clean up the mess. 2. The 1st plumber didn’t get everything out, so a different plumber showed up and he indicated that the previous plumber may have not removed everything. The plumber fixed the problem, but the flood went everywhere. The owner had us deal with the mess, with cleaning towels and blankets we had to use, getting the water up and with drying the floor. We stayed at the home for a remaining of more than 2 weeks, without his offering to do anything about it. I smelled very bad for the remaining of our stay. 5.On our departure, we cleaned the home, put everything back. We gathered all the linins and laundry and put them into piles that were easy to get too, including closet next to the bathroom that flooded downstairs smelled extremely bad. We left the place clean. Our children did some damage to the dishes and their nick knacks, and some DVD’s, but we had bought accidental insurance on reserving this home as to cover things like that. 6.After our departure, the owner left a crude message and was trying to get money out of us. We just couldn’t believe it. It was just so farfetched! Very BAD!

Great place to gather the family when visiting BYU-I students!

We are a small, 3-generation family (ages 56 years to 9 weeks) who were in the area for a BYU-I graduation. This charming, streamlined country home was clean and welcoming. There was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy one another's company. We didn't make time to use the hot tub until half-way through our visit, but it was very peaceful and relaxing. Though we were gone quite a bit, our time together there was relaxing and low-key, i.e. visiting, cooking together, eating, watching family-friendly DVDs (provided) and playing games (provided). The home is very clear and attractive and reminded me of a cross between my grandparents' clever Minnesota farm home (interesting built-ins) and my parents' Minnesota lake home. It was very homey. The day before our departure, I sent one of our 12-year-olds around with my cell phone to photograph features for future inspiration (when back at home). She chose to walk the lawn taking pictures, too, and the yard is even landscaped (I personally didn't make it past the front porch where I'd "read-the-sun-down" in a comfy padded wicker chair the last 3 evenings of our stay). If our grad and his wife end up staying in the area for an extended amount of time, this will be our first choice for a place to stay AND we will be recommending it to friends and acquaintances needing accommodations in the area. Thank you, Isoms, for such a pleasant stay!

Comfy, quiet country home

This cute country home is a wonderful place to stay. A couple of miles outside of town, so very quiet and private. The house is equipped with everything you need, and the owners are nearby and ready to help if you need anything else. It accommodated our large family nicely, and the hot tub was a big hit. You can't go wrong staying here!

Spacious country rental home! The kitchen was cute and true to the houses' era; it even came stocked with utensils, cookware, and all appliances. The carpet and flooring is new and kept in excellent condition. The large hot tub was our favorite as it is shaded for day use. All 3 tv's had dvd players, a gas grill, nice decorations, and the barn wood accents throughout the house complimented the adorable country style.
