You could almost walk everywhere you need. There is so much that’s so close. It’s a wonderful location. Private. We LOVED the porch/deck. The shower was so good. I think I’d stay here again for sure. Max 3 people though. I think some well placed barn doors instead of swing doors could fix some of the awkwardness but overall I loved my stay here.

This was a delightful house. Tom provided everything for us. Very comfortable, very clean. The house is supplied with games, a turntable with records, full kitchen supplies and even shampoo in the shower. So grateful for everything. And the hot tub was a perfect way to end our perfect days. If you want a great place to stay in Rockaway Beach, look for this great little house. Many thanks Tom.

The toilet seat was loose and the microwave was too high for a short person to use, Other than that, everything was as advertised. We had a good time. -Thanks-

The place was in a great location, quiet and private and exactly what was advertised. We arrived 7 minutes early and the cleaning person was there so we waited and came in at 4pm to a wet floor. He told us there were still towels in the dryer. Do not look under the couches. The hot tub was the highlight - make sure you give it plenty of time to warm up. We did have deer right outside for a treat. Loved the complimentary wine!!

Such a cozy and fun place to stay!

We stayed here for our son’s 5th birthday and absolutely loved it. It was dog and kid friendly, very private, and super cozy. Has everything you need and it’s a great location. We really enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor space and the guitar / record player. We would totally stay here again! Thanks to our host.
