Gorgeous lake views! Front-row balcony seats for weekly fireworks and movies. We're RIGHT across from Carolina Lake Park! This top-floor unit boasts the best views in the entire building.

Out on the master bedroom balcony, you can relax and watch stunning sunsets over the lake. Tile and hardwood floors with throw rugs are throughout the space.

There is a large living room with a pull-out couch and a Roku smart TV. So bring your Netflix/Hulu/Prime passwords with you!

The kitchen is ample and well-equipped with a bar that seats 3 and a dining table that seats 4. 1 queen bedroom and a bunk bed room allow the home to sleep a total of 6.

The large attached deck also gives you a peak of the ocean between the homes in front of you. The amazing Carolina Beach boardwalk is only 1/4 a mile away. The Lake park is right across the street!

Fort Fisher Civil War Historic Site and the NC State Aquarium are 6 miles to the south. The US North Carolina Battleship, Downtown Wilmington Riverwalk, and awesome nightlife are 25 minutes away! Amazing restaurants are EVERYWHERE! (we're happy to recommend).

Great Location!

The location of this condo is great. We loved sitting on the front balcony. On Saturday morning, the Carolina Beach farmer’s market was right across the street! It was an easy walk to the boardwalk and to lots of restaurants. Parking is a little tricky. Having to back-up directly into a 4 lane road of traffic was not easy - which is what I imagine you’d have to do if all of the spots were full. The kitchen wasn’t well stocked if you plan on doing a lot of cooking - you will have to bring some items. But- bring so close to so many restaurants - you don’t really have to cook!! It was a great place to stay if you like being close to everything!
