About this property

Partial ocean view. 6 min walk to beach. 1.5 baths: great beds, linens inc.

This little gem (Sunskipper B3) is on the first floor (12 steps up) and very close to the beach. Has partial ocen views from the private balcony. Short walk to public beach access. Pool is just behind the building (usually open April thru Oct) Freeman Park & Carolina Beach Pier are only 2 blocks to north. The boardwalk is ~ 1 mile south. Queen bed in the bedroom and full futon in the living area. Both have great memory foam. 1.5 baths and minimalist configuration is ideal for couples, small families, and girl's trips! Washer and dryer. Wifi w/ roku + cable. Linens, towels and paper products provided. We have owned our little gem since 1995 and take very good care of it. We thoroughly clean and sanitize it ourselves after each visit. No pets, parties or smoking please!

Grandma's Birthday

Great location. Very clean. Pool was nice.Barb was great. Was disappointed that pier was closed. Kure beach pier was not far away. Always go to Fat Daddy's. Shipwreck Neon Indoor Golf is an awesome place to go.

Perfect place for a quiet getaway

We had a wonderful time here. The rental was clean, organized and I really appreciated it was stocked with small things like dish soap, trash bags, and paper towels. The neighborhood is quiet and if you want to be social there is a tiki bar walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Small cozy condo that was perfect for 2 day getaway with my granddaughter. Location just a few steps from beach with ocean view to the right side from the outside deck. Fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Gem in Carolina Beach

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here! Perfect for a couple. Location is great, right across the street from beach access, owners very friendly and responsive, clean, and all the necessary kitchen items for cooking. We hope to be back again!

Beach vacation

We come to Carolina Beach each summer with our grandson and this was a good location for going to the beach. The pool was a great addition when we were done with the ocean. Since we were two adults and one child, the space was fine. I think 4 adults would be crowded.

Great Location for sun, fun & relaxation

We booked last minute for quick Mother’s day weekend and couldn’t be happier about selecting this GEM! Steps to the beach and all the things you’d need for a vacay- comfy bed, great view, and all the essentials. We really didn’t need anything but food. OCD mom got to fully relax because the place was so clean, even the balcony! We’ll mark this as a fave for sure!
