Bright end unit, Ocean Views, 1st floor, Pool, large beach, Direct access !!!

Enjoy the breeze as you sit and watch the sunrise over the ocean on one of the two decks offered at this recently remodeled first floor, end unit condo. There is plenty of natural light and beautiful ocean views from every room and deck. This is a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath unit.

Our condo sleeps 2 with a quality mattress on a queen bed in the bedroom . There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen meets all your cooking needs, and includes a dishwasher and microwave oven along with a Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee pot. There is a washer/dryer located off the bedroom for your convenience. Bed linens and towels are provided as are cable TV and WIFI. Onsite parking for one vehicle is provided. Second pass provided upon request .

Relax at the beach or pool, just steps from the door of the condo. Note: BEACH RE- NOURISHMENT HAS HAPPENED ! Enjoy a large beach and access directly across the street . A beach wagon is provided to help you with chairs and other beach essentials . Take a short stroll to Freeman Park drive on-beach, and the fishing pier where you can enjoy music, a restaurant and tiki bar that overlooks the ocean. It's a short drive to the Carolina Beach boardwalk where you will find unique shops, restaurants, bars, party boats, beach rentals, and fishing charters. Down the road is the Carolina Beach lake and park, paddle boats, Kure Beach and KB pier, also The Aquarium at Fort Fisher and the history museum. The ferry boat to Southport, a quaint town, is a great experience !

This was the second time at this condo! It’s in the perfect location, 1 minute walk from the beach and 3-4 minutes from the Boardwalk! Condo was super clean and had everything we needed! We will definitely be coming back to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, well kept, and had an amazing ocean view from the deck. Beach access was directly across the street, which made everything so convenient. The location was perfect. Carolina Beach Pier was within walking distance, and we loved being able to take the golf cart taxi down to the boardwalk and nearby restaurants.The area where we stayed was quiet and relaxing, while still being close to everything. Check-in and check-out were both seamless and stress free. Overall, we were very impressed with the condo and would definitely stay here again!

Condo was just as pictured, peaceful and clean. Loved crossing the street for sunrise at the beach, and parking was easy at least in May. You definitely want to bring bottled water for drinking (I don't go to the beach that often, it sounds like that's a common thing). The balconies were great for getting fresh air even on the rainy day.

Wonderful host will answer ALL your questions with a short response time.Although you need to cross a road to access the beach, it is a quiet dead-end street. Also the host is kind enough to provide a beach wagon.

Great Place as always!! Perfect for a couples getaway or even if you have a small child, with the pullout couch. We've done this place both ways and it's great! What a great place at the beach!! Everything you need for a long or quick getaway. My daughter and I came for a college visit and some beach time. We got one good beach day and the other days were cold and rainy so we hit up the Wilmington rock climbing gym for the day. Beach access is super close and the place is wonderful as well as beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon to haul you stuff. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Very comfortable condo on end with ocean view. Plenty of room for two with comfortable bedroom & balconies. Nice pool onsite, which offsets short walk to the Freeman Park beach. Our host was congenial, responsive and accommodating.
