Beautiful newer home located just 2 blocks from the boardwalk in family friendly Carolina beach. All newer furniture which includes a queen bed in the master bedroom. A queen bed in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a living room that has a full size sleeper sofa with 60" 4K television. Home is immaculate and cozy! New for the summer of 2020, 43” 4K Smart TVs have been added to bedrooms 2 & 3.

Great area for a family vacation. Wasnt crowded or noisy really laid back house is great. Definitely get your exercise with all the steps but overall a nice place to stay

Great Stay

This was a great place to stay! The house was adorable, clean, and comfortable. Loved that we could walk to the beach and restaurants. Gary was very responsive and helpful too.

Great stay

This is the second stay in 2 years. Absolutely wonderful experience. Clean, cold air conditioning, short walk to beach and attentive owners who never bother you but are there when you need them.

FANTASTIC house ! CLEAN & the LOCATION is perfect !!! Plenty of parking too ! We were able to walk to everything: Beach / Boardwalk / Many restaurants, stores etc ! Far enough for quiet yet close to all of the action ! We felt very at home & safe. The decor is excellent & had a true beach vibe! The hosts were Top Notch with communication and every detail you need is spelled out for you down to how to use the remote, recommendations to eat, local medical office info if needed and the list goes on. Do not forget to leave a note about your stay in the cute little turtle booklet- It was in a kitchen in a drawer along with maps and brochures of things to do. Triathlon Weekend

Great property at a great location! Came down for an Ironman Triathlon in Wilmington and this property was fantastic! My husband and kids were able to walk to the beach and the boardwalk. The house was clean and the trundle beds were perfect for the kids. :-) Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Excellent 3BDRM a short walk from Boardwalk, etc., but far enough away for peace & quiet

Well thought out 3bdrm unit that is outfitted well, and close to several great Carolina Beach attractions. I found the storage room on ground level (beneath deck and stairs) to be especially helpful because I could handle all my scuba gear right there, never having to carry it up and down stairs. I was within a few minutes by foot or car to just about everything in central Carolina Beach. Two different A/C units, one up and one down, helped control our environment, with fans to nicely move around the air. Kitchen comes with what we needed to prepare a few quick meals. I would rent this property again. My only note, and it is to VRBO in general so no reflection on this owner, is that VRBO should show the REAL price, which includes cleaning fee, taxes, VRBOs fee, and so the story goes. $X per night or weekend is very different once you move forward in the process.

Lack of towels, which was odd due to the fact it’s a “Beach Home”, no sheets on beds, just mattress covers… home is beautiful, but those things added stress to a trip that was supposed to be stress free. Would’ve been nice to have a grill on the property. We received the keypad code 2 hours late. As a group, we felt it would’ve been nice if we knew to bring towels, sheets, etc.. Don’t get it wrong, location and home are beautiful, just those things did put a slight damper on our trip.

Absolutely wonderful home and close to any and everything you need. Very clean and a great neighborhood. We were able to walk all of our stuff to the beach with ease. Restaurants, shopping and groceries are super close. Communication with the host was fantastic! Definitely plan on staying here again.

Family Vacation

Beautiful, well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located near restaurants, the boardwalk, and Carolina Beach. The owner was great to work with, and check-in and check-out were seamless.

Fantastic

We loved our stay so much. The house is in a perfect location, we were able to walk a short walk to the boardwalk and see the fireworks from the driveway without getting in to all the hussle and bussle of all the people. The only thing to complain about is the beds, definitely could be a future upgrade mattress are pretty flat. Other than that 10 out of 10

Visiting for Motorcycle Rally

Our host was pretty active with sharing information leading up to or stay. The house is in a perfect location and easy to get to. Everything was clean when we arrived and it was pretty easy to bring our stuff in from the truck.

Just Awesome

Updated, clean, great location. Very attentive host with great communication. Perfect for our four day get a way with our two college sons and their girlfriends. We are very pleased and will surely look to stay at this location in the future.
