Prime Location 1 block from the beach, 1 block from the sound! This highly desirable main cottage home offers 3 queen bedrooms, one bathroom and a private outdoor shower. It has an additional attached 1 bed 1 bath with separate entrance if you need some private space for an additional fee! That is property 4235443 on VRBO. We are a streaming only home! We provide smart tvs for all your app watching needs! Free WIFI and flat screen tvs. We provide all bed linens and bath towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, microwave, cups, soap, and kitchen tools needed. We provide a washer and dryer in the home for your needs. You just have to show up with a swim suit and flip flops! The beach is on one side and the inlet sound is on the other! Perfect for the fisherman or the beach goer! We are just blocks from the boardwalk and the famous Britts donuts. Just down the street is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals.
Our home is kept in pristine condition and will be your perfect beach vacation!
This is the main home. There is a back cottage also on the property that a guest may rent. If you need and additional bedroom and bathroom you can rent for an additional fee. Perfect for extended families! We only allow 6 guest in this home. Children under 2 are included in our guest count. We DO NOT ALLOW PETS OR SMOKING.

This property is not beach front but you can still hear the ocean when sitting on the amazing front porch deck. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Julie was very sweet and we truly enjoyed staying at her families home.

Great beach location

Everything about the rental was amazing, booking, communication, proximity to the beach and the actual lodging. Well appointed kitchen, very comfy beds and enough space for all. Love this location, it was quiet and close to the beach but not too far from shopping and restaurants. Owners were super responsive and helpful

Perfect vacation stay

The property was clean and beautiful. The descriptions were perfect. A two block walk to the beach was convenient for this group of 70 year olds. Julie was very accommodating when we arrived early. Her cleaning person was wonderful giving us tips where to go for groceries. I would recommend this place to anyone. We would happily stay again

Check in was very easy. Kitchen facilities were excellent.*Updated appliances * All cabinets were full of kitchen supplies (no open cabinets available for our dryFood items) But we made it work. Nice kitchen table (easily sits 6/7 people) Living area very spacious and very comfortable. No small Nik-Nak, breakable items anywhere in the house. House was SAFE (safety covers in plugs) as We had a toddler. Toys/Games were a PLUS! Bedrooms very nicely decorated and comfortable. Bathroom was large and great water pressure. The large covered deck/porch has 4 large chairs. Master Bedrrom has private deck We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent, super charming beach stay

We had a wonderful night relaxing with friends on the porch and making a delicious breakfast in the morning. The beach was only a block away, and Freeman Park was only a few minutes drive. Perfect location and the unit worked great for 3 couples.

Perfect stay!

We absolutely loved this house! It was very kid friendly (my young kids were thrilled to find toys as soon as they walked in). The house was very clean and bright. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfectly Perfect

A short sweet weekend getaway with my fiance for a fishing tournament at Freeman Park and this house could not have been any more perfect. It was less than half a mile from freeman park and so clean, so cozy, so beachy! Our entire weekend was perfect!

Nice Place

We took our mother to the beach for Mother's day and had a wonderful stay. The property had all the conveniences of home and more. We loved the decorations and the location. The ower was readily accessible and kind. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Beach House!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. House is clean and has all the amenities you would need. Location was perfect for either walking to the beach or driving to freeman park. Owner is very pleasant and responds quickly to questions. Would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a perfect beach house in Carolina Beach NC. Thanks for a great stay!!!

18th Birthday Getaway

We planned a short get away to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday! From scheduling, checking in & checking out, it was all so simple! Our cozy cottage had ample room for three teens & 2 adults. There was a short walk to the beach & only a couple of minutes drive down to the pavilion. Thank you so much for sharing your home & we had a wonderful stay in Carolina Beach!

it was convenient to grocery store restaurants and of course the Beach, we had a wonderful time .

this condo was immaculate the furniture was very comfortable nice size bedrooms bedding comfortable washer and dryer and the cooking utensils it was stocked with everything you would need in a kitchen and more. parking was great. if you want a nice comfortable place to live we suggest this particular condo . Great beach house!

This property is very clean, comfortable and within walking distance to the pier and Tiki bar. Three queen beds made this a perfect getaway for three couples. What a lovely deck for relaxing after sightseeing! Be aware there really is only one bathroom though. There is an outdoor shower. Bring your own bath supplies such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Everything else was perfect!!

Okay for a short visit

We were disappointed in our stay for a number of reasons. The amenity listing stated there was a beach view and a hot tub which there was neither. The unit has three bedrooms with three queen sized beds only, My husband and I had to sleep in separate rooms as he is a big guy, We simply could not sleep comfortably together. The TVs did not have working remotes, no batteries in the living room and drawer full of random remotes for TVs that didn't match the bedroom or living room TVs.

Be sure to buy the insurance

Overall the property was fine. Be sure to buy the mandatory Insurance she requires you to purchase on your booking. We stayed back in July and she just now submitted a claim to that insurance company for missing stain sheets and a broken glass. That never occurred while I was staying at her property. She must be trying to replace the worn items at her property by submitting fraudulent claims.

Perfect for families

As soon as we walked in the door, our kids noticed the basket of toys in the living room, which allowed us to unpack so quickly. Check in was super fast, I called the host and she gave me easy instructions. The house is clean and there’s lots of dishes, kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee makers etc), towels and blankets. The beach access is a very short walk and the neighborhood was fairly quiet. During our stay, there was some sort of pipe work being done at a house close by but it wasn’t loud, it just stopped up a portion of the road. The only (sort of) downsides of this stay is there’s only one bathroom and it is a duplex so the parking area is shared. I would definitely stay here again especially because our kids loved it so much! Make sure to bring some laundry detergent and kitchen scissors (if you think you’ll need them - we couldn’t find any in the unit) and any condiments or spices/herbs you may need for cooking.

We enjoyed a quick mid-week trip! Everything was clean, the sofas are very comfortable, and we had just the right amount of space. A couple things could use updating like the slider door out to the front porch, but overall this was a solid option!
