Spectacular non smoking beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Includes 2 queen beds.

This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back patio. Also, on the back patio we provide a grill. Included are high thread count bed linens and bath towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all luxury linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new dishwasher, stove, built in microwave, and fridge. We have a new front load washer and dryer for all laundry. This home does not have a detail missed. Perfect tropical feel complete with professional decor.

This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a total of 4 people

I absolutely loved this property! Beautifully decorated and super convenient! We stayed in the turquoise house which was adjacent to a family owned grocery store and took only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. There was plenty of parking and tons of outdoor space. The owners were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

Great little cottage!

The amenities at the house were great! Very nice interior/decor! The location is wonderful - short walk to the beach and to the Carolina Beach boardwalk. Walking distance to several restaurants as well.

Great place, great location

Very nice compact house. Clean, well furnished and equipped. Excellent location, close to beach, restaurants, stores and bars/pubs. There is even a small grocery store across the street. Local people are friendly and welcoming. One of the best VRBO properties we have visited.

Awesome Beach Stay

Such a cute Home! Super clean and comfy! And my kids loved to wind down on the play set! The owners were so nice and met me at check in! It’s also right in the middle of everything! The beach, boardwalk, and restaurants are all a short walk away! I have a 2 and 4 year old and they were able to walk to the beach! Had a wonderful time!

Everything you need for a quick getaway.

This place is cozy and very well kept. The decor, televisions in each room and fireplace were all a big hit with our 9 year old. The neighborhood was quiet despite being walking distance from the boardwalk -- which has fun rides and attractions for all ages. The house also has a cute little swing/playset if you're traveling with little ones. As out of towners who came for the beach, we appreciated the outdoor shower and proximity to the water. With a tip from the owner, we spent our time on the north end of the beach just about every day. We would definitely rent this property again.

Family Spring Break

My family of 4 stayed in the small green house. My brother in law and his daughter stayed in the blue house. Jamie and her husband own both houses. It was a perfect set up for the 6 of us. The kids were able to play in the yard in between the houses, we could walk to the beach everyday together, we walked to the 2 parks that were close by, we were able to make meals and eat together and then all have our own space when needed in the evening. It was our first time in Carolina Beach! We had so much fun and both houses had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was super clean (probably one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in) and the perfect size for my family (2adults 11 yo). The walk from the house to the Boardwalk was much shorter/ easier than I expected. A quick shot on a flat road. And there is a public beach access right there at the Boardwalk, too. Brian and Jamie were easy to communicate with and made sure we were set up for a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.
