Cozy Condo 1 block to the beach

1BA/1.5 BA condo 1 block from the beach. Pool located behind our building. Condo includes full kitchen, queen sized bed in bedroom and queen air mattress to be used in living room for extra guests. Charging station with lightning, micro USB and USB-C plugs. Laundry room with washer and dryer included, as well as all linens. Hear the ocean from the front balcony and walk to the pier for fishing, food and fun. Beach chairs, umbrella and wagon provided for your use. Unit is the first floor above ground level parking.

Very close proximity to the beach is accurate ! Unit is nice and comfy for a couple. We didn’t take pets but could tell it was pet friendly. Host are very nice and responsive to questions or needs. This has nothing to do with the hosts or unit but it is about 2 miles from most places to eat. I didn’t do good research and thought we could walk to the boardwalk The charge for parking anywhere around there is 6.00 an hour most eat in places don’t have free parking so that’s just a budget tip.

Week of fun and sun

Husband and I so enjoyed the condo, had everything we needed, host was the best and very responsive. We recommend and would stay again. We always love Carolina beach chill vibe and friendliness of everyone.

This was a nice home away from home to come back to after a long day on the beach at ft fisher. It was the perfect distance to restaurants and the boardwalk.

End of summer getaway

Angela’s place provided a great end of the summer getaway for me and my husband (and our two chihuahuas 🐾). It was close to the beach and town. We had a lovely week, went out to dinner, breakfast, got massages and went to the boardwalk for the live music and fireworks which was awesome! Feeling refreshed and grateful for such a lovely getaway!

Beach and softball weekend

We had a great weekend. The condo is just steps to the beach which my wife and I as well as our 6lb yorkie loved. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure (always a plus) and the linens and towels were very good. The kitchen was a bit small and was low on utensils but we didn't eat in much so not a big deal. The couch was not the most comfortable but was ok. Overall I would recommend this condo especially if you are accompanied by a furry friend.

Great time!!!

We had such a wonderful time here. All we had to do was unpack our luggage and head to the beach. Everything we needed was in the condo. Dishes towels sheets dog toys etc. Very clean, close to everything. Beach was inwalking distance. The owners Angela and Jeff were a phone call away with any questions we had and worked around the clock to make sure we had a wonderful time there. I recommend anyone to reserve a place here for your next vacation!!! Thanks guys! Ann J.

Everything You Need

The condo was well appointed so that there wasn't anything you could ask for, even for the dog. Angela the host answered a question I had right away as I was on my long drive there & assured me she would respond to anything else I might think of. We discovered the toys the 2nd day & my dog's bunny we brought he cast aside, lol! You could hear the ocean quietly from the balcony being a short distance from the sand. I actually preferred that to being any closer where you could hear the waves constantly crashing.

Disgusting and misrepresented

Check in time was 4:00 but we didn’t get access until after 5:00, after three attempts to contact Angela. There were cockroaches. The bed was unmade. There were no replacement toilet paper or garbage bags so we ran out of both. The bathtub failed to drain because it was plugged with hair. The Teflon pans were scratch and covered in crud. The couch was a tired loveseat with a cheap polyester slipcover that had a hole in it. The throw pillows were matted shags that smelled. The floors were dirty. The property was disgusting and I am so relieved to be out of there.

This condo was perfect for us. It was neat, air conditioning worked great, pool and beach were easily accessible. I would recommend bottled water and buy ice, as the water at most of the places we've stayed in Carolina Beach taste terrible! We brought our two dogs with us and there's a dog park about 5-10 minutes away if they want to be off leash for a bit

Beach Trip

My boyfriend and I stayed with our two dogs. The unit was clean and simple. We loved the balcony in the evening for afternoon drinks. The location is fantastic and super close to the beach. It was really easy to pack up the beach gear and dogs and walk to the beach. The host provided dog bowls and tennis balls which our pups loved. The unit is reasonably close to restaurants and shops, about 1.5 miles or so if you feel up to a walk. We chose to walk most nights since Carolina Beach strictly monitors parking and searches for folks with expired meters. Overall enjoyed the stay and the host was great! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in Carolina Beach!
