Close to the beach, we had to put the linens on the bed upon arrival. The mattress cover wasn't in the best condition, perioius spots were on it. This is an older property, okay for a quick get away.

I'm going to start with the pros because there are very few:Proximity to the beach is excellent you walk out of the unit turn to your left cross one small Street and you are there and that was really good.AC units works great. Abundance of available beach toys located in the unit.Now onto the CONS.1. DO NOT SLEEP IN THE BED! It is absolutely filthy and stained and disgusting. It did not have any sheets on it whatsoever and the sheets that were provided had so many stains on them that I didn't even want to pick them up. The pillows were stained and very very dirty. I literally put the sheets on the bed and then went to Walmart and got more sheets and put my sheets on the bed and my pillowcases. Thank the good Lord I had brought a blanket with me that I could use during my stay.2. The floors were cracked, stained and just dirty and sandy. I wore my shoes the entire time I was in the unit because of the dirtiness of the floors. 3. Ceiling stains as well as very dirty AC vents. There were so many stains on the ceiling from looks like water damage as well as the AC vents were just black. I don't think they have ever been cleaned. I did not use any of the dressers any of the towels or wash cloths. 4.DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE THE DRYER. It ruined a 75 shirt with black marks.

This place is perfect for two people. We loved how close it was to the beach and how quiet the area around us was. The condo could use a little updating, but it was very clean and cozy. All in all this was a great experience.

Nice stay

We really enjoyed this location. Very close to the beach and you could easily notice the attention to detail around the condo. They really used the space well. We'd definitely stay again.
