Super appartement a Manilva

L’appartement est tres spacieux et tres bien équipé. Nous avons vraiment apprécié y loger. Rien ne manque (television chaines françaises, machine a laver, lave vaisselle, parasol de plage, équipement pour bebe, …). L’appartement est tres spacieux et idéal pour les familles avec plusieurs enfants. La piscine est grande et peu fréquentée (avec surveillance maître nageur). Manilva est une ville très calme, loin de l’agitation des grandes villes à proximité. Petit bemol : il y avait beaucoup de meduses dans les plages a proximité.

Good launch pad for local exploration

Well equipped, clean appartment with good parking. Having a car, it was a good location to explore the Costa del Sol and Gibraltar. The balcony benefited from morning light but not direct sunshine and there was nowhere we could sit in the sun in private.

Schöne und geräumige Wohnung für Familien bestens geeignet

Das Objekt befindet sich in einer schönen und gepflegten Wohnanlage. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und verfügt mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, ausreichend Kochgeschirr und zwei vollwertigen Badezimmern über alles was eine Familie braucht. Der Pool wird von einem Bademeister überwacht und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Umgebung hat mit Marbella und Gibraltar einiges für Tagesausflüge zu bieten. Wir können einen Ausflug nach Ronda nur empfehlen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden wahrscheinlich in Zukunft nochmal buchen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

Idéal pour profiter de la Costa del Sol

L'appartement est très bien équipé et situé dans une zone calme sans être loin de toutes les activités. La région offre de nombreux but d'excursion mais on peut aussi se contenter de la belle plage ou de la grande piscine attenante à l'immeuble . Vu que l'appartement se trouve dans les hauteurs, une voiture est préférable pour se déplacer. Merci au propriétaire pour les nombreuses informations qui ont contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.

Een zeer aangenaam verblijf

Het appartement is zeer mooi versierd en ook zeer mooi ingericht. De keuken bezit (bijna) alles wat nodig is. Het terrasje is zeer aangenaam om maaltijden te nemen. Het is ook zeer rustig. We waren met ons 7 (4 volwassenen en 3 kinderen) en het appartement is groot genoeg! We hebben van het groot zwembad genoten en zijn ook naar de kust gegaan: het strand ligt op enkele honderd meters loopafstand. Het appartement ligt ook ideaal om de streek te bezoeken: Ronda, Marbella, de witte dorpjes, Cordoue zijn maar een paar voorbeelden. In Puerto De La Duquesa zijn er allerlei uitgaansmogelijkheden: restaurants, bars en cafés. We hebben uitstekende vakantie in het appartement doorgebracht en zullen daar zeker en vast terugkomen. Zeker een aanrader!

Es war wunderbar

Hallo Jean und Veró, wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in eurer Ferienwohnung verlebt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet, sauber und alles modern, lässt keine Wünsche übrig . Die Terrasse haben wir viel genutzt, da sie zum Glück bei dem heißen Wetter ab 10 Uhr vormittags im Schatten liegt. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, selbst Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett gibt es dort. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt und es war immer sehr angenehm von der Fülle, sehr übersichtlich. Von 11 Uhr bis 21 Uhr hätten wir den Pool nutzen können und zu jeder Zeit war auch ein Bademeister vor Ort. Wir haben von hier aus viele Ausflüge unternommen, wie z.B. nach Marbella, Gibralta, Esteponia, zu einem Marinepark und einem Aquapark mit Rutschen. Der Strand in dem Ort ist auch nicht überfüllt, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Als Familie mit 3 Kindern ist ein Auto vor Ort zu mieten sehr sinnvoll, da der Einkauf bis zur Ferienwohnung ( bergauf) zu schleppen, doch sehr anstrengend wäre. Wir möchten uns auch bei Valerie und Kevin und ihrer Betreuung vor Ort bedanken. Vor allem bei Valerie, da sie so geduldig auf uns beim Ankunftstag gewartet hatte (hatten uns verfahren). Wir können diese Ferienwohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen und werden sicherlich auch nochmal wiederkommen.

Am Ende der Hochsaison werden wir das zweite Badezimmer mit einer Dusche anstelle der Badewanne ausstatten. Très largement au delà de nos attentes

Logement parfaitement conforme à la description, voire plus. Très facile d'accès, très bien situé, très calme, l'appartement presente également de très beaux volumes. Joliment décoré, il bénéficie aussi d'un équipement ultra complet, d'une place de parking et d'une piscine surveillée. Un grand merci au propriétaire pour toutes les informations communiquées avant notre départ, et merci également à Kevin pour son accueil sur place et sa disponibilité. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. En attendant d'y revenir, nous ne manquerons pas de conseiller cette location.

Pour info, nous allons, après la haute saison, procéder à quelques travaux afin d'améliorer le confort de nos hôtes : remplacement de la baignoire par une "douche à l'italienne" dans la seconde salle-de-bain et ajout de fenêtres amovibles et d'un chauffage électrique sur la terrasse afin de pouvoir en profiter en entre-saison.

Très bel appartement,lumineux,spacieux et familiale. Nous avons été a trois couple et personne n'a marché sur quelqu'un. Ayant un enfant en bas âge nous avons pu tous avons notre intimité car les chambres sont judicieusement disposé et est équipé pour les enfants. À recommandé sans hésitation.

Magnifique !

L'appartement est vraiment très agréable, grand avec 3 belles chambres, une terrasse et une grande cuisine. Facile à trouver. Nous avons aimé le parking juste derrière l'appart. L'emplacement entre Marbella-Estepona et le port de Sotogrande (à ne pas rater) est impeccable ! Le propriétaire a été présent pour nous expliquer l'accès à l'appartement et pour nous conseiller les bonnes adresses restos de la région. Je conseille vivement !

Die Ferienwohung ist gut ausgestattet und günstig gelegen

Wir waren vom 30.9.-12.10.2017 mit 5 Personen in der Ferienwohnung und fanden diese sehr schön. Auf ein Fahrzeug ist man nicht zwangsläufig angewiesen, der Strand ist in ca. 20 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten extra nach einer Ferienwohnung mit Pool gesucht, da wir mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern dort waren. Die Bilder hatten uns diesbezüglich sehr überzeugt. Leider stellte sich am ersten Morgen unseres Aufenthaltes heraus, dass der Pool ab 1.10. gesperrt war. Eine Nachfrage beim Verwalter blieb unbeantwortet und der Vermieter schickte uns einen Türcode für das Nachbarobjekt um den dortigen Pool zu nutzen - leider funktionierte der Code nicht. Auf weitere Nachfragen wurde nicht reagiert. Erst nach 8 Tagen und dem Einschalten von Fewo-direkt erhielten wir dann einen Schlüssel für das Nachbarobjekt, wo wir den Pool dann tatsächlich noch dreimal nutzen konnten. Wir hätten uns aufgrund dieser Problematik mehr Kommunikation durch den Verwalter oder Vermieter gewünscht, da uns die fehlende Zugangsmöglichkeit viel Stress mit den Kindern verursacht hat. Unabhängig davon war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir können die Unterkunft für die Zeit bis Ende September gern weiterempfehlen.

Diese Antwortzeit war leider auf eine Änderung der Zugriffscodes zurückzuführen, die zum Zeitpunkt Ihres Aufenthalts aufgetreten sind. Wir hatten einige Schwierigkeiten, es schnell zu lösen. appartement au calme

Appartement spacieux et récent. Très bien équipé. Grande dalle numérique TV, postes français et espagnols, internet, belle terrasse (on y a déjeuner et même diner plusieurs soirs), cuisine super équipée de matériel neuf et homogène. Propreté irréprochable. Restaurants et excellents bars à tapas à Manilva, à Estepona et à Sotogrande. Excellents commerces à proximité. Excellent point de départ d'excursions en Andalousie.

Et il est vrai qu'il y a beaucoup de bons restos, et pas uniquement au port de La Duquesa. Nous pouvons en conseiller d'excellents à nos locataires !

Comfortable, clean, spacious and lovely location

We spent close to two weeks in this very nice and modern flat. The three rooms are nicely decorated and the entire flat is conveniently equipped with all necessary amenities. We even enjoyed lunch on the terrace every day. The entire property is nice, well-maintained and not far from the restaurant area. Looking forward to going back with the family!

superbe appartement

nous avons passé de supers vacances dans cette résidence calme, très bien entretenue avec une piscine surveillée propre. l'appartement était très spacieux, lumineux, avec une terrasse bien exposée.nous avons mangé dehors matin, midi et soir. il ne manquait absolument rien :nous étions comme chez nous ! la cuisine est très très bien équipée et très fonctionnelle. les lits étaient très confortables. la location est bien située pour visiter la région et facile à trouver. vraiment un appartement parfait, une des meilleures locations que nous avons connu.

Disfrutamos mucho en esta propiedad. Un apartamento muy amplio y excelentemente equipado, ubicado en una urbanización tranquila, con una piscina increíble. A tener en cuenta que es imprescindible poseer coche.
