Magnifique séjour

Une très belle petite maison dans une très belle résidence avec piscine chauffée, les enfants ont adoré…Le logement est très bien aménagé et à notre arrivée tout est très propre. La cuisine est très bien équipée en vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine.La résidence est calme et très agréable.La situation du logement est parfaite, à quelques mètres de la plage et de toutes les commodités. La Couardes est un très joli village situé au milieu de l’île, tous les déplacements peuvent être fait à vélo.La propriétaire est une dame très agréable et arrangeante.Un séjour parfait!!!

Une semaine parfaite

Séjour parfait! L’île de Ré déjà, la location très agréable à 2 pas de la plage, la grande piscine avec de nombreux transats, les voisins très sympas et les groupes d’enfants qui se créent très vite, enfin le parking intérieur privé. Je pourrai juste chipoter sur le barbecue manquant par rapport à l’annonce… mais franchement nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine.

Sehr gutes Quartier in optimaler Lage

In dem gut ausgestatteten, modern eingerichteten und sehr sauberen Quartier haben wir entspannende Wochen genossen. La Couarde mit seiner mittigen insellage bot gute Gelegenheiten, sich alle Dörfer und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel auf dem sehr guten Radwegenetz, überwiegend asphaltiert, zu erschließen. Sehr entschleunigend. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

vollkommen zufrieden

Das sehr gut durchdachte Haus ist sehr schön und modern renoviert. Es liegt direkt am Pooleingang und 100 Meter entfernt vom Strand. Restaurants und Fahrradverleih ganz in der Nähe. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen, vor allem die Ruhe. Da wir 2 Paare waren, haben wir im kleineren Schlafzimmer problemlos die Einzelbetten zu einem Doppelbett umgewandelt. Noch erwähnenswert ist die gute Erreichbarkeit der netten Dame, die uns empfangen hat.

Endroit idéal pour des vacances sous le signe de la tranquillité et de l’art de vivre à la Rétaise À pied ou à vélo, tout est proche et facile d’accès. Le logement est très propre et joliment décoré . Les propriétaires y ont mis tout leur cœur.

La maison est en tout point conforme au descriptif qui en est donné et aux photos. Décorée avec goût, confortable (literie parfaite) et agréable Elle est idéalement située au centre de l'île. Parfait pour les ballades en vélo aux quatre coins de l'île. La plage se situe à peine à 1 minutes à pied. Les commerces sont également à proximité.

Maison joliment décorée, bien entretenue et très propre.

La description de l'annonce est conforme à la réalité. Je me suis sentie bien dans cette maison mitoyenne, bien entretenue, agencée avec goût et souci du détail. J'ai apprécié d'avoir à ma disposition tous les articles dont je dispose chez moi. La présence de housses jetables sur les matelas et les oreillers, préservant ainsi l'hygiène, est un plus non négligeable. Les enfants peuvent jouer dans un jardin clos, sécurisé. Au mois d'octobre, je savais que la piscine n'était pas chauffée. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir au printemps afin d'en profiter. La proximité de la mer et des commerces sont des atouts indéniables. J’aurais apprécié que l’écran de TV soit un peu plus grand.

On connait les iles de l'Océan et de méditerranée. T. B. séjour . Maison ad hoc parmi les meilleures connues depuis 20 ans . Mais , en saison , ce fut trop tard . Temps bien moyen . On devient de plus en plus difficile pour le climat !

The Best Ever

I have rented many places in my time, but this one is perfect. The house was immaculate, the bed very comfortable, the open floor plan made living in and outside a dream.It took me a few tries to figure out the convection burner, but I must say I might have to go home and get one of these. Everything in the kitchen to make wonderful meals, and the markets are just a stone's throw away. The outside living is wonderful. The pool is clean, and very quiet. (I don't know about peak season). The beach is just a few steps away, with a long expanse of sand. At night leave the bedroom window open and listen to the crashing of the waves. The patio is beautifully landscaped and private so that if one wanted bathing au natural is quite possible. Marc speaks good English and tolerated my French. He was quite available and responsive. Couldn't recommend this place more highly.

Nice house, good location.

We enjoyed our stay here. Its a nice clean house in a great location near the beach, the supermarket and a fantastic indoor market. If you want to cook it is wonderful for fish and vegetables. The house has everything you need and is very comfortable with a good level of privacy. The only problem we had was with the door lock which got sorted out very promptly. Nice sunny courtyard for alfresco dining but with tall walls felt a little too enclosed. Pool is a good size and well cared for. It was quiet on our visit but I imagine it could become very busy in July and August. We hired bikes for getting around and there is storage at the residence. Best beaches are near La Bios .Great food at the Cabane de Patache. We really loved La Flotte and St Martin. Overall an enjoyable week.
