Ile de Ré - VILLA *** - 50m BEACH - HEATED POOL
LA COUARDE / MER is a very typical village. It is in the center of the island, all places are accessible by bicycle. The rental is a small F3 type villa in a residence of about twenty houses. This residence is wonderfully well placed. The car will not move, you will go to the beach on foot (50m), do your shopping (market and shops at 300m), play tennis (100m).
Ideal for families with small children (club les Dauphins sur la plage)
The residence is at the heart of the activity, sought after by teenagers (sailing club, café and the Pergola: family dance hall)
Reverse side of the coin, people with light sleep abstain (mid-July / mid-August period)
The pool is heated from APRIL 1 to OCTOBER 1
Supplied on request, rented at additional cost.
Linen and towels optional with additional costs: 15 euros double bed and 12 euros single bed.
Bathroom towels: 5 euros per person.
Ideal for families with small children (club les Dauphins sur la plage)
