Perfect little place for a young family

We had such a lovely time in La Couarde-Sur-Mer and this was the perfect base for 2 adults and 2 small kids. The location is great - close to shops and a short bike ride from the main village. It was also nice to have use of the shared pool.

Great accomodation! Don't hesitate!

Really perfect accomodation for a small family. We stayed with our 5 year old and we all loved it. Great layout, terrace, fantastic pool and stones throw from sea and short walk to village, restaurants, market etc. Also a small funfare opposite and a few nice restaurants right by so all in all perfect. Remember when booking that you need to get linen through Loclinge which is circa 80 euros depending on what you need. Would definitely come again. Ile de Re amazing and accomodation fantastic!

The apartment was lovely. Every appliance and comfort But if offering a dishwasher,washing machine,and coffee maker Why not include a few tablets for the dishwasher,and washing machine for the length of stay. A small container of washing up liquid and perhaps a tablet of bath soap, toilet paper and coffee filters,even just enough for the rental time This prevents the traveling renter having to purchase large containers of same. Including bed linen and towels also. Increase the price if necessary, rather than adding it as an additional charge. Even cleaning fees are an obvious necessity. Just include it all. We flew from Australia and don’t carry sheets and towels, or washing products The linen rental charge wasn’t mentioned on the website we used, but appreciate that the property manager waived this charge. Surely French patrons don’t carry all the linen with them? We enjoyed our stay and the pool, and location was ideal for exploring the island. I would recommend it, but please heed my suggestions for a few necessities.

Die Lage war super, dicht zum Meer und zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants usw. Der Pool war sehr sauber, warm und groß. Die Anlage ruhig und sehr safe. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Allerdings war es im Haus sehr dunkel, da die Fenster sehr klein waren.

Super séjour à l'île de Ré!

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in diesem Ferienhäuschen verbracht. Alles ist genau wie beschrieben, es ist super ausgestattet und gemütlich und die Lage direkt neben dem Strand einfach top. Die Kinder haben sich gefreut, in der Anlage mit anderen Kindern Tischtennis und Tischfussball spielen zu können. Einziger Verbesserungavorschlag: wenigstens eine Rolle Klopapier bei der Ankunft wäre gut, das ist nicht so praktisch wenn man eben erst angekommen ist und noch keine Zeit für Einkäufe hatte :-)

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, en juillet. L’emplacement est parfait dans l’île pour se balader en vélo, il y a une plage à 100m de la résidence surveillée et la piscine est très bien, avec de la place pour tout le monde. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Appartement douillet situé entre piscine et plage

Dès l arrivée, on se sent bien dans l appartement joliment décoré et rénové avec goût. La petite terrasse avec une table et des chaises toutes neuves permet de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors, plus difficile le midi si il fait fort chaud. L emplacement est idéal, situé au milieu de cette belle île. La piscine est bien entretenue et assez de transats en juin du moins. Enfin quel.bonheur de ne faire que 100 mètres pour profiter de la plage et de la mer. Vivement juin prochain pour revenir.

Petite location très agréable

L’accueil/état des lieux à l’arrivée et au départ se sont très bien passés. La location est petite (la chambre à 2 lits notamment) mais très bien agencée et décorée et propre. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La plage est juste à côté et c’est vraiment appréciable. La piscine (sont nous n’avons pas pu profiter en cette saison hivernale) est belle et doit être super en été. La Couarde est bien située. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour ici.

Außergewöhnlich gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Unterkunft. Alles in sehr gutem Zustand, von Küche, Geschirr, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine. Alles wie im Internet beschrieben. Auch der eigene Innenhof klasse. Haben fast nur draußen gesessen und gegessen. Auch der Gemeinschaftspool schön groß und gepflegt. Top Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und zum täglichen Markt. Es hat alles bestens gepasst. Daher volle Punktzahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Pfingstferien

Schönes Hausteil in einer Ferienanlage mit Pool, den wir mit Freude genutzt haben. Gut ausgestattet, super Pfannen in der Küche. Einkauf 5 Minuten entfernt, Supermarkt, Markt, Apotheke. Zum Strand nur aus der Tür und über den Parkplatz fallen. Mehrere nette Restaurants direkt gegenüber. Die Lage ist wirklich super, am Wochenende nachts länger etwas Betrieb und laut, stört aber nicht sehr. Betten gut, Wäsche mieten hat gut geklappt. Die Concierge Gabrielle ist super nett. Besonders genossen haben wir den sichtgeschützten ummauerten Terrassenbereich. Einziger Wehmutstropfen: Bei Ebbe hat das Meer bis ins Haus schlimm gerochen. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir schon Schlimmes befürchtet, es war dann aber immer nur eine halbe Stunde und wurde im Laufe unserers Aufenthalts auch weniger. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung, wir würden wieder hier mieten und hatten wunderbare Ferien.
