Recently renovated cottage overlooking Spring lake. One bedroom one bath. Sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Access to Spring lake for non motorized boating. No swimming. Enjoy the variety of wildlife including deer, geese, ducks, rabbits, foxes, and the occasional bald eagle. 8 miles from the University of Mississippi and Oxford Square. ( 15 minutes door to door) The Lakes subdivision is family and pedestrian friendly. Linens and towels provided. No extra pet fees.

We had such a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and the cottage is cozy and had everything we needed. We really liked the location of being right outside the city, in a quiet, walkable neighborhood, but with the convenience of a short and easy drive into Oxford and to campus. We would definitely stay again!

Great place, not far from town

We loved our home away from home for a football weekend. Being able to bring our dogs is always a bonus. Space was a great size for a long weekend! We will stay again for sure!

Cute Clean Quiet Cottage with a Beautiful View

Adorable Cottage with a Beautiful View

We were visiting to watch our grand daughter play in a softball tournament. The cottage was a perfect place for us to stay with our dogs. It was an easy commute to and from the ball fields. The owners were exceptional with communication. We hope to stay again in the near future.

A sweet getaway

This is a charming little house! We loved our stay. It’s a little ways outside of Oxford, but honestly it was nice to be away from the Homecoming/Game crowds. It’s so peaceful and quiet out by this lake. And let me not forget the shoutout to Holly, our host, for the delicious brownies! Highly recommend this property!

We came to Oxford for the football game. This spot was perfect- close enough to be convenient, but the spot on a lake in the woods made it feel like a special spot. The bed was comfy. The place was very clean. Holly made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful weekend retreat.

A gracious host and better than expected weather made for a wonderful weekend in Oxford. The lakeside cottage exceeded our expectations and we wanted for nothing. The brownies waiting for us from our host was such a thoughtful welcome. Highly recommend.
