Wonderful location. The house is old and could use some updating. Unfortunately someone had smoked in one of the rooms prior to our arrival which made it feel very unclean.

We loved the location, in the historic district. Enough restaurants close when needed. But close enough to king street and market.Loved the horse drawn carriage with the guides knowledge of Charlestons history which smelted us understand the historic house we were staying in. Hyman’s restaurant our favorite.

House was in a great location. Easy walk to restaurants - great bagel shop just a couple blocks down. Short uber ride to the aquarium, etc. We enjoyed our stay!

The house is in a great location - very near King Street. Parking passes made it easy to park near the house and walk wherever we needed to go or drive and know we would be able to find a nearby space. Communication was very good and responsive.

A/C was out for two days. It was 82 or hotter in our bedrooms. Dishwasher broke and was leaking. The local people were very good to deal with but it took way too long to fix the A/C. Repair times and people were constantly changed. I was told a property manager would be contacting me for a discount but that never happened. The location was great but I won't stay at a property managed by this group again.
