New for 2023, this home has been transformed into "Azaleas" - a Boho Chic retreat with a private balcony overlooking historic Spring Street. The location is unbeatable, just two blocks to King Street and surrounded by Charleston's best fine dining.

- Second floor - Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, stacked washer + dryer. Living room with 4K smart TV, game console and record player. 1 King bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
- Third floor - Loft with second living room, 4K smart TV, desk, and 1 King bed. Bedroom with 2 Queen beds, desk, and ensuite bathroom.

Guest Access:
The entrance to the house is on Spring St. Suite B is on the second and third floors of the building - stairs required. Access is provided with a unique key code.

The Neighborhood:
This home is in the most vibrant and walkable area in Charleston. It is 2 blocks from Upper King Street, where the city's most famous restaurants are just a step away. Nightlife begins literally around the corner. Convenient to all tourist attractions. The home is in an extremely safe area.

Getting Around:
Easily walk to the restaurants, nightlife, and shopping of Upper King St and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Uber or Lyft around town or to the airport.

DASH is a free shuttle service that allows riders to explore the peninsula. Two of the routes have stops just around the corner. Visit the DASH website for a route map and more information.

Other Things to Note:
Parking: This Suite does not have a dedicated parking space but we can include free street parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to utilize the parking at the time of booking, as it requires a daily city issued parking pass. We will have these ready for you at check-in.

Stairs required - this Suite is located on the second and third floors of a 3 story home.

The home is divided into 3 completely separate and private Suites - A / B / C - each with a dedicated entrance and exclusive outdoor space. This listing is for Suite B only. Suite A is on the ground floor, Suites B and C are on the second and third floors. While the other Suites may be rented during your stay, there are no shared spaces between the 3 Suites.

This is not an event space. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. No unregistered guests allowed.

There are excessive noise monitors on the property - please respect your fellow guests and the 11pm city mandated noise curfew.

For security purposes only, there are cameras that monitor the entrances to each Suite.

Date Alterations - We will do our best to honor date change requests for your reservation (with at least 60 days notice before check-in) which do not significantly decrease the cost of your reservation, subject to availability. We do not alter reservation dates within 60 days of check-in, with the exception of adding available nights onto your current reservation. Any other date change requests within 60 days of check-in will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to our cancellation policy.

Travel Insurance - We highly recommend travel insurance to protect your trip from unforeseen travel disruptions.

This property was beautiful, clean, solidly built and had a great porch for our group of 5 to hang out on. Beds were comfortable and hosts were communicative! Close walking to Southbound restaurant, King Street, and holy city bagels. 25 min walk to old slave market

Great place!
This charming renovated Charlestonian house divided into three apartments is in a great location near King St. and multiple restaurants. The street is quiet for being so close to everything and our apartment (B) was modern and convenient. Great beds and well stocked kitchenette plus we really enjoyed the nicely furnished upper porch. The photos don’t do the spacious upstairs justice - 2 large bedrooms plus bathroom. Great hosts. Everything was perfect.

Great spot in Charleston! The property was very clean. I was in town for a work trip and the wifi was terrible. Other than that it was great!
