The Northern Jersey Shore at it's best!

Our home is in the Curtis Point Community in Mantoloking - nestled between the buzz of Point Pleasant and the crowds in Lavalette. Mantoloking is proximate to everything, yet nice and relaxing. Our community has access to our own life guarded private ocean front just 1/2 block walk away. We also have 2 private tennis courts that are accessible to you. Our newly renovated waterfront home has fantastic access to Barnegat Bay. Don't feel like hitting the beach? Then jump into our heated pool. This 4 bedroom home was fully renovated in 2016. Featuring Stainless Steel high end appliances and a kitchen set up that is a Chef's dream. The backyard features a fire pit which is an ideal way to end the night. We have 3 kids kayaks, 1 adult kayak & 2 paddle boards that you can use as well. If you love to go crabbing then our home is for you as you can pull blue claws in easily right off our 75' dock! Come make family memories at the Jersey Shore in Luxury.

Absolutely perfect, already planning our return trip

We debated writing a review, because we didn't want too many people to find out about this gem of a house/make it hard to reserve our next stay but Laura deserved it after we had such a great time at this wonderful house. Laura was just excellent - she communicated with us before we arrived and when we moved in, and left clear detailed info that answered every question we had and more. The house is an an excellent location, extremely well kept. Laura went above and beyond, and was extremely thoughtful throughout the whole process, with a welcome gift, and a bunch of other really thoughtful amenities that you just don't expect a rental to have. The house is extremely well kept, and in a quiet, peaceful location. We left the week feeling refreshed, relaxed, and thinking about our return. Thank you Laura for an amazing time, from two very satisfied renters!

This is a perfect vacation home. The home is impeccably maintained and the amenities are all top quality. You do not need to bring a thing, everything is supplied towels, bikes , kayaks, fully stocked kitchen and linens.

Down the Shore perfection!

If I could give this property 10 stars I would. Every single thing was perfection, down to the tiniest details. It's such a homey welcoming space and the hosts have thought of everything a family might need during their stay - from lobster pots, to board games, extra blankets and pillows, beach chairs and other accessories...honestly, the list of amenities goes on and on. The hosts were very accommodating and super easy to communicate with - we didn't have any issues but did have a question that was answered immediately. The location and easy access to the beach is great for families and the heated pool is the cherry on top of this perfect vacation rental. We hope to make this trip and home a yearly family tradition.

Great beach getaway!

Our family had a wonderful time staying a week at this property. The home is the perfect beach getaway...it has everything you need to have an awesome time. The heated pool is beautiful, it's right on the lagoon and a 5 min walk to a private beach. We were basically the only people on the beach all week. The owners think of everything and I found them super responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. My son is already asking when can we go back!

A week at the Beach

The perfect beach get away. This home has everything you could need and more to enjoy a relaxing week at the Jersey Shore. The beach was just a short walk and the homeowners provide everything you would need, chairs, umbrella, beach cart along with the key to your own private beach. When you get tired of the beach you can just walk back to the house for a dip in the pool. The home owners also provided a great list of area Restaurants to check out. My favorite tip was to shop at Lasolas Market where you can find everything you could possibly dream of for a bbq as they have an unbelievable butcher and prepared foods. Everything in this house is top notch, from the Chef Style kitchen to the super comfy beds, and the amazing outdoor shower. The homeowners could not have been easier to deal with and really have thought of everything. This was a last minute trip for my family as another trip we had planned fell thru. I am thankful we had to change plans as this trip turned out to be one of our favorites. Beautiful weather was provided by Mother Nature and she did not disappoint!

Excellent getaway!

House was fantastic- great pool and easy access to dock. Loved being able to crab and fish right at home. Owners were easy to reach and had easy instructions for arrival/departure.
