Convenient to Route 75, just off exit Bonita Beach Road!

Golf condo with beautiful view of golf course/lake/fountain. The garage is stocked with bikes, beach chairs etc. Hunters Ridge has a newly designed golf course, golf simulators, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, bocce ball, community pool, and fitness center with an activities director. Different fitness activities, card games, happy hours almost daily.

Almost everything in this Pheasant Hollow neighborhood in Hunter's Ridge coach home is brand new.

- Home is right off Bonita Beach Rd and route 75, approximately 6 miles from Bonita and Barefoot Beach. Not to mention all the other gorgeous beaches in this area.

- Our Coach home has a two car garage (owner’s car will be covered and stored on 1/2 of the two car garage) and the garage door opener will be in the Condo Kitchen with your welcome package

- King size bed in master bedroom, Queen bed in second large bedroom and twin beds in third bedroom. All three bedrooms have large walk-in closets. Master bedroom has one large walk-in closet and two others!

- Home is right on Hunter's Ridge golf course overlooking Hunters Ridge 14th green and long lake w/fountain view. Beautiful, serene view with an abundance of wildlife.

Wonderful condo

Condo was very comfortable, spacious, clean and conveniently located near beaches, restaurants, shopping and attractions. Enjoyed the lovely, screened lanai with great view. Community was very friendly and we would be very pleased to stay here again. We had a wonderful stay.

What you read and see is much more in real life !

Spacious, squeaky clean, everything is in working order. Very nice view and environment. Quiet neighbors. Secure closed community. Challenging short golf course with water on every hole that makes it interesting and beautiful ... A good place to walk, run, use the bicycle. We really enjoyed the four months and left in hope of returning next year !

Love this area! close to everything. We are not quite yet retired and looking to rent out our home away from home! Close to beaches in Naples and Bonita Springs! Close to many upscale restaurants and great shopping everywhere!

Why they chose this property

This is a beautiful, spacious second floor coach home! We are golf members and renters have the option to use the golf member facilities; fees apply. Mostly brand new furniture, 3 flat screen smart tv's, everything you need and want just like home! Gorgeous views of the 14th green and lake and fountain. Peaceful setting, facing the morning sun! Wonderful, friendly community of Pheasant Hollow located in the fabulous Hunter's Ridge Golfing Community.
