Welcome to paradise!
3 bedroom, 2 FULL bath, condo in beautiful Spanish Wells.
Spanish Wells is a gated, golf community in Bonita Springs. It’s a straight shot down Bonita Beach Rd to the beach. You do not need to be a club member to register and pay for golf. You can research tee times on the Club’s main site: https://www.spanishwellscountryclub.com/book-a-tee-time
The rental does not include a club membership.

The condo is a second-floor unit with 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom one is the master with en suite bath. The bathroom has a brand-new, extra-large shower with double shower heads and double sink.
The second bed is a double bed.
The third is a den with a blow up mattress.
There’s also a second FULL bath.

The view from the screened lanai(FL for porch) has beautiful views of one of the three golf courses and a shimmering pond!

Fully updated kitchen with all the trappings of home.
I car garage and one extra space outside the garage.

There is a pool you have full access too.
There are 2 bikes available for use.

Spanish Wells is also unique in that you could join the club if you wanted to, on longer stays.
The minimum rental in Spanish Wells is one month.
All linens and towels are included.
Wifi included.
Utilities up to $300 a month are included.
Basic cable included.
Renters must fill out an application with a background check a minimum of 30 days before their stay. There is an application fee. for the association.

fantastic

The condo was very clean and perfectly located in Spanish wells golf community. It is ten minutes to the beach and I-75, and twenty minutes to Naples and Fort Myers airport. The host was great and very helpful, the south facing Lania overlooking the second hole was great. the condo is very spacious and updated. I would highly recommend this place.

Not a real 3 bedroom property

The pictures on the original VRBO showed 3 beds in 3 squares. Then found out it had a blow up mattress instead. They put a cot in the den not a bedroom. The washing machine broke and spoke to the owner and she said the other tenant said it was the button that was the problem. But it wasn’t fixed. The lanai was nice and so was the pool.
