Three inviting and comfortable bedrooms await you and your family. The chaise lounger in the living room allows for quiet relaxing or reading time.

This modern ranch home is located in a peaceful, yet central residential neighborhood. Downtown Grafton, with its riverfront park, hip restaurants, and numerous cafes is just a 5 minute stroll away. Quaint and interesting Cedarburg is just a 5 minute drive. I-43 is just a 3 minute drive, for those heading to Milwaukee, or Concordia University.
Accessibility:
This is a ranch home, without staircases, and just one step to the threshold. This is an ideal property also for older guests. There is ample parking space, and a large yard for children to play in.
