Surrounded by gardens on two private acres it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We are centrally located so it is easy to visit our neighbors within the Beautiful Laurel Highlands. The cottage has been recently updated to include bamboo flooring and new furniture. It has basically everything you need to enjoy your stay. Come and see us!

Garden oasis

We stayed in this lovely studio cottage for 4 nights. The gardens around the place are magical, and matched by the attention to comfort inside. Not a detail was overlooked, and though the kitchen is small, there was everything we needed for simple meals. Loads of storage spaces made the cottage feel larger, and enabled us to live without the travel “clutter” taking up room for relaxing. We were charmed before we opened the door, and definitely would love to stay again. Thanks, Connie.

Paradise

Stunning grounds; very cozy suite; off the beaten path but close to restaurants and entertainment. Perfectly relaxing. We WILL go back.

Wedding Visit to Ligonier

We were in town for a wedding and booked this place because it was close to the wedding. The pictures are accurate and the room is decorated nicely. The grounds are fantastic and it is quiet. However, the internet did not work, so we had no WiFi. We went to relatives to use the internet when we needed to. Also, the home smelled very strongly of mold or mildew. I have allergies to mold and struggled, but luckily brought allergy pills. We probably would not stay here again.

The cottage was just as advertised. It was very warm and comfortable. The sleeping accommodations were great. Easy access from cottage to all of the southwest PA activities. Connie was an excellent hostess and very pleasant to work with. We recommend this cottage very highly.

The cottage has so much to offer. A private front porch with a roof if it is raining you can still sit outside, or your backyard private patio for those sunny days and nice evenings. You can enjoy, birds watching, a firefly show in the summer, or see some bunnies hopping around and a deer or two come wondering through the backyard.
