The house was very comfy/cozy. It was extremely clean and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. We ended up having to stay an extra night and the owner was nice and understanding. The house was so much better than a small hotel room.Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

A must place to stay in Greensburg area

Cottage is very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood near a great walking trail. The kitchen is well stocked with pots,dishes, etc. Loved the rain shower in the second bath. A "Pittsburgh toilet". For those of you that dont know what that means, look it up!

Robbie contacted us a couple days in advance with check in details. Everything was easy. The home is very clean and comfortable. Cooling is not central air, but lots of units (window and splits) throughout the house. No trouble keeping it cool. My husband preferred the shower in remodeled basement as it is bigger than bath on main level. Living room sofa was comfy and clean. Looks like it might be new. Love all the “PA” books/memorabilia found around the house. Heads up on PA tax requirements. You are responsible for separate payment to cover that tax ( we missed this note in the listing, but it is there).

Perfect Gem

Rob's cottage was warm and inviting. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay was provided: fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea and spices to cook. I brought my Firestick but never had to use it as the TV is set up with many apps. A great desk where we were able to do paperwork. Games and books. A comfortable bed and a great couch to relax on. The place was beautifully decorated and immaculent. There are many local attractions, wineries snd our favorite Tattiebogle Ciderworks in Acme. We enjoyed visiting Frank Lloyd Wright's "Falling Water" and "Polymath Park". If you have time, make the journey to the Flight 93 Memorial. A moving and informative memorial. There were many other things we didn't have time to do...but we'll be back. Thank you Ron for all the effort into making your cottage feel like home.

EVERYTHING you could ask for was in the house and the inside was immaculate. Robbie had soft country music playing at our arrival and temperature set perfectly! The only suggestion would be a small handrail on the steps by the street .
