Nestled in the beautiful Laurel Highlands, this clean and spacious home offers 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms as well as a bonus office, laundry room, and attached garage. Updated in 2022, this home will comfortably fit 10 people and is great for small group retreats and families. The large kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or make a smooth cup of coffee to sip while enjoying the rolling hills from the covered porch. In the living room you will find a large TV and an assortment of games and puzzles to enjoy with your loved ones.

Come enjoy the fall foliage, go sledding in the winter, or enjoy the lush and serene woods in the spring and summer at our peaceful retreat. The property boasts a private lake (swimming not permitted but fishing ok - please note gear is not provided), a custom fire pit (bring or gather your own firewood) with accessories, as well as a meadow and undisturbed wooded area. Many varieties of birds, wildflowers, and trees can be found here. Native wildlife appears from time to time, leaving tracks and signs of their presence. *To respect the wildlife, please be courteous and do not leave food or trash outside.* This is the ideal property for family reunions, weekend getaways in the mountains, yoga retreats, or to rest after a day of outdoor activities.

Seven Springs Birthday Ski Trip

The property is very nice! The hostess is very responsive and even accommodated to get us a high chair for our baby to eat on. I would come back again. Seven Springs is only 20 minute drive away. If there is snow on the ground, you can sled down the front hill of the house.

Amazing weekend hide spot near to all attractions

It was an amazing weekend with family and friends. The house is exactly as shown in the app and was amazing clean and comfortable. All spaces renewed and well equipped with care. Location is gorgeous and just 15/20 min from the slopes. The big lake is close by but there is a private lake in the house backyard. Nothing to regret the stay. For sure we will be back soon!! Clean and peaceful retreat in mountains - stunning views

My friends and I wanted a long weekend escape from the city to enjoy the mountains and we got just that. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with appliances/flatware to prepare and group meals. The host made sure everything sparkling clean and tidy which we really appreciated. The view from the porch was just stunning. The house is about a 15/20 minute drive to parks and hiking trails, but we also spend quite a bit of time on the property and did some yoga and walked to the private lake. Highly recommend for friend and family trips!

Spacious and clean

Our family’s of 9 had plenty of room and bathrooms for all 3 families. A very cozy, spacious house and only about 20 mins from 7 springs. Fully equipped kitchen to cook, only missing a full size trashcan in kitchen. Driveway markers would be helpful especially at night due to the big ditch that sits beside the bend of the middle of driveway we got stuck in. Besides that little incident we all had the absolute best time and would rent again! Beautiful home!
