Cozy Log Cabin with Hot Tub

Welcome to the eagles' nest log cabin nestled in the heart of the Laurel Highlands. This nest is the smaller of the two cabins on the property.
This beautiful newly renovated cabin is surrounded by woods and backed by a roaring run creek a class A native trout stream. Within walking distance to the ICV hiking and biking trail and a short drive to both Seven Springs and Hidden Valley resorts plus PA's largest state park Ohiopyle, the cabin is the perfect location to experience the best of the Laurel Highlands. Our newly renovated cabin sleeps up to 2 people with a queen in the bedroom but also features a custom-made pull-out couch in the living room. Features include complete renovation inside and out, hot tub with privacy area, outdoor fire pit, automatic gas fireplace, outdoor seating area, outdoor grill, heat pump, and air conditioning, large flat screen television, and fast reliable internet. Open the window in the bedroom and let the sound of Roaring run put you to sleep. Located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands the eagle's nest is the perfect location for a relaxing escape or action-filled adventure.

This cabin was so amazing! Had everything we needed. The fire pit & hot tub were absolutely perfect. Jess was so welcoming, thorough in explaining the ins & outs of the cabin & its features & even recommended places to eat around the area. Creekside Diner was great for breakfast & a short drive. Thank you so much for making this property a favorite & a memorable place. We will definitely be back!!

The cabin is super cute and very clean. The bed was comfortable with the window open you can hear the creek running outside your window . Super relaxing to have a fire going and sit in the hot tub. We will be back

Birthday celebration

We stayed in this newly renovated cabin for two nights and celebrated my wife’s birthday. We had a great meal at Treetops restaurant, enjoyed a massage at Seven Springs Trillium Spa, and hiked at Ohiopyle. It was a wonderful stay!

Champion stay

The cabin was wonderful. I hope I can go back next year. We did some hiking and visited the Flight 93 memorial in Somerset. My sister and I really enjoyed the area.

Loved the cabin!

We stayed at the cabin over Christmas weekend and couldn’t have had a better time. Jess met us at the cabin and walked us through everything which was very nice. He even sent us some restaurant suggestions. We loved the place as it was super nice and tidy, and was even decorated for Christmas. Can’t wait to go back.

Very nice, accurate description of the property. It was small but quaint and perfect for the 2 of us to relax and spend time together. The owners were very polite and pleasant. A wonderful getaway for us. Cabin is cozy and quaint. Quiet, places to see close by. The hot tub was just the relaxing thing. All you needed was your food. Well put together in all aspects. We will be back.

Perfect weekend getaway cabin! My boyfriend and I stayed for his birthday March 2023. The cabin has everything you need; Jess is very organized and thought of everything. The hot tub, fireplace, and the sound of the creek outside were just added bonuses! We will be back!

Labor Day weekend

My partner and I spent three amazing days at this cabin. It was a perfect, relaxing weekend. I usually only rent places to sleep at but this time we never left the cabin. It had everything on site that we needed. It was super clean and up to date. The hot tub was perfect and so was the fire pit. I would 100% recommend this property.

Cute and comfortable cabin

This little cabin has all of the amenities we needed and made for an enjoyable stay while we were in town for a wedding. The sounds of the stream behind the cabin were a bonus. The decor, furniture, table settings, etc. all fit the cabin theme and everything in the cabin seemed very high quality. My daughter didn't like that there was no way to cover the kitchen window or front door window at night, but the many positives of this cabin by far outweighed that minor detail. I'd recommend this cabin or the larger cabin next door to anyone looking for lodging in this area. You can tell that the owner works hard at keeping these cabins well-maintained, very clean, and stocked with anything you'd need during your stay that you may have forgotten to pack. I especially appreciated the new washer and dryer, allowing me to return home without a backlog of laundry. The owner even provided laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, etc.
