Beautiful Vacation Home in Champion (Seven Springs)

Beautifully modern farmhouse located in Champion, PA, only minutes from 7 Springs. Renovated and professionally decorated from top to bottom. This home features 3 bedrooms (master with a king, second has a queen, and third bedroom being separate guest suite with queen bed and queen pull out), kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, cozy fireplace, A/C, and a spacious deck. The home is set on two private acres surrounded by woods and a stream that runs through the back yard. Only a short drive to the resort.

The space:
Super cozy modern farmhouse, that gives you best that the Laurel Highlands has to offer. The house is on two acres of private secluded grounds that is all yours to use. Includes streaming services on all four TV's. Also, a new xbox gaming console for rainy days with the family. There is a separate private guest suite behind the garage with a brand new TV, with A/C and heat. Stainless steel propane grill on back deck with a propane outdoor fireplace. The back patio equipped with a new pergola, and a outdoor bluetooth speaker great for entertaining.

Entire home and property access, huge private parking for all cars.

What a wonderful stay at a perfect home for us. Anything you can imagine is at the property. Close by to everything but still so incredibly private. Smart home with everything updated and very clean. Joshua is top notch! Answers you almost immediately after you send a message and worked with us during a difficult time with the passing of a loved one after our trip was booked. Exceptional Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and incredibly comfortable home. The house is beautiful, in a beautiful setting and well equipped with everything you need to a lovely family getaway. It was the perfect meeting place for our spreadout family to gather for some quiet quality family time.

Very convenient for ski resorts

It was a very clean and nice house, 15 min to seven springs or hidden valley. Only thing that would have been nice to know is third bedroom is not in main house. We would stay there again

Champion Cottage

The house is charming, centrally located in the region to enjoy state parks, Frank LloydWright tours, the United 93 Memorial and , of course, skiing in the winter. We had everything we needed and appreciated the quiet, rural setting.

All the Comforts of Home

Fantastic place to stay while visiting Seven Springs. So glad we chose to stay here as opposed to getting nearby hotel rooms. Ample space and the full kitchen came in handy, as many nearby restaurants close early on Sunday or are not open on Monday. Would love to return.

Great weekend away!

Had a wonderful weekend getaway for skiing and snowboarding for our family of four. Check in process was seamless, home was beautifully furnished, modern and extremely clean. The property sits on a very quiet road and only a short drive to Seven Springs and Hidden Valley. Host was very responsive. With a small family we didn't need the third bedroom, but as others have stated, be aware that it is detached from the main home. Overall a wonderful stay!

Beautiful House

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The house is updated, beautifully decorated, and well cared for. I highly recommend it, especially if you want to be near seven springs resort. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. We hope to be back!

Lovely home

The home was cozy, yet spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The location was fairly convenient to Seven Springs. I didn’t realize from the description that the third bedroom was separate from the main house and doesn’t have access to a bathroom. Overall, it was a peaceful, quiet stay. I’d definitely come again.

Hidden Gem!

We loved this house! We spent a long weekend here getting ready for our wedding. It’s tucked away off of a back ground. Close to everything yet still private. The front and back porch are very charming. I wish we had spent more time sitting out and enjoying the back deck during our stay.

I’d buy the place if I could.

Great little house with excellent finishes. Deck and yard are awesome to hang out on all day. The offsuite is small but nice that it has a pull out and Murphy bed in there to add a couple extra guests. Nicest place I’ve stayed at in a long time.

Family Ski Trip

Great house less than 10 minutes from Seven Springs. Clean, comfortable, well equipped for adults & kids. We only stayed for 1 night but having the comforts of home while taking our kids on a quick ski trip made for a great time had by all! Josh was so easy to work with, kind, responsive and accommodating.

Fantastic Property!

This is the second time we've stayed at this house and I can say without a doubt that we will stay here for every future trip to the area as well. We've stayed at many properties all around the country, and The Sister House is one of the best we have ever seen. Joshua is an awesome host as well. Always there when we need him, and very responsive to questions.

Why they chose this property

The Sister house, is such a peaceful and accommodating house on 2 acres of private secluded land that you have access to. The house gives you a rustic farmhouse feel with a great touch of modern to accent the charm. It truely is so peacefull it makes it hard to leave. All you truely need to pack is a bag, your vacation is turn key at the door. The location in the area is so close to many popular amenities. The back deck gathered around family and friends having your morning cup of coffee is the best. Also, enjoying family and friends in the beautiful remodeled kitchen. The back patio was just done this year, with all brand new outdoor furinture and a cozy floating tempur-pedicday bed.

What makes this property unique

Off the beat and path, but so close to all popular attractions of the area, espically Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The backyard has an awesome stream through it, the off suite third bedroom is peaceful for a mid-day nap or for children to hang out in, as there is also a game system and TV in there as well.
