About this property

Traditional house by the sea

In a quiet green area near the port of Mazou in Porspoder (Country Iroise), this character cottage consists of a large living room with lounge, kitchen and separate (dishwasher, fridge-freezer , microwave oven ...) and a small reading room. Upstairs you can enjoy three rooms with sea view, one with a double bed and the other two each with two single beds. For your convenience we offer you a shower room with toilet upstairs and a bathroom on the ground floor with separate toilet.

This cottage is located 30 minutes from Brest, 30 minutes from Guipavas Airport.
For your stay, boredom will not be at the appointment. : You will find the GR 34, as well as numerous hiking and cycling trails from the lodging. You reach the beach easily on foot. And for water activities you can enjoy Penfoul waves for surfing, sailing school in Argenton or Portsall, admire the coast by kayak and the seabed during a walk snorkeling or Océanopolis Brest if time allows.
Finally, if a trip to the islands makes you feel like, Pier Lanildut for Ouessant and Mullein is 10 min (July and August).

Lovely house in a lovely area. Situated in a very rural area so it was quite a trek to village or restaurants. That wasn’t an issue as we enjoy walking but it may not suit everyone. Our main issue was that nowhere on the listing did it mention having to pay for towels and bedding. So please be aware it is 8 euros for each bed and each set of towels. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable time despite the weather not being particularly good.

Sehr sympathisches kleines Haus fußläufig zum Meer und zum Küstenwanderweg. Unkomplizierter und freundlicher Empfang. Das Haus hält was es verspricht, im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, eine zu empfehlende Crêperie, Bar und mehrere kleine Geschäfte.

Ein Haus ganz dicht am Meer

Wir haben mit fünf Personen und einem kleinen Hund zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Porspoder verbracht. Das Haus bietet alles zum Wohlfühlen und der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, sehr nett und jederzeit ansprechbar.

Absolute Reiseempfehlung

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern zwischen 11 und 16 Jahren in dem wunderschönen Haus von Sébastien. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem Praktischen eingerichtet und ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Am Haus konnte man das Meer rauschen hören. Das machte neugierig und zu Glück ist es ja nur ein Katzensprung, so dass man mehrfach täglich schnell nachschauen kann, wie das Meer sich gerade wieder verändert hat (6 Min zu Fuß). Ansonsten hat man viel damit zu tun, den tollen Garten mit seiner Vielfalt zu erfassen und zu bewundern. Überhaupt waren wir erstaunlich wenig unterwegs. Der Mini U gegenüber der Kirche (1,5km) hat uns durchaus gut über die Runden gebracht (vieles doch nicht sooo teuer). Ein prima Sandstrand / Anfängersurfspot (mit Verleih an der Straße "Sweet Spot", sehr nett) ist 7km entfernt (Penfoul). Uns hat alles richtig gut gefallen. Bestens zum entspannen und um schöne Erinnerungen zu sammeln. Zu all dem Wohlfühlen trägt auch Sébastien bei, der sehr zuverlässig erreichbar und hilfreich ist. Absolute Reiseempfehlung für alle, die Freude an der wunderschönen Landschaft haben. Jeder Blick zu jeder Tageszeit ein Kalenderbild. Ach ja, wir waren in Brest. Dort gibt es eines der besten Frauenhandballteams auf der Welt. Moderne, schöne Halle. Wir hatten das Glück und konnten ein spannendes Spiel in stimmungsvoller Halle anschauen. Auch unsere "Jugendlichen" waren mit dem Urlaub hoch zufrieden.

Gemütliches ursprüngliches Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Sebastien ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber - der noch dazu sehr gut Englisch spricht. Zur Begrüßung haben wir eine Flasche selbst gebrautes Bier und selbstgemachte Marmelade bekommen. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage im Grünen - es sind ca. 10 Minuten zur Atlantikküste, so dass man auch mal eben zum Sonnenuntergang zum Wasser gehen kann. Das Haus war sehr sauber, hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche - eine kleine Bibliothek, Spiele und bietet ausreichend Platz für eine Familie.

Séjour extraordinaire!

Charmante maison traditionnelle dans un grand jardin non clos, très fleuri et très vert. Les espaces à l'intérieur de la maison sont accueillants et spacieux pour 6 adultes. La maison est bien équipée et propre. L'environnement est très calme et très agréable, dans un hameau, à l'écart des grands axes de circulation et à proximité immédiate du chemin côtier (GR 34). Malgré cela, le centre du village est accessible rapidement à pied ou en voiture. Endroit idéal pour des vacances ressourçantes ou dynamiques et pour visiter le Finistère. Nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour, y compris notre labrador! Merci à Sébastien pour son accueil chaleureux!

Erholsamer Urlaub am Meer

Wir verbrachten 2 sehr erholsame Wochen mit unserer Tochter (16J.) und unserem Hund in einem traditionellen bretonischen Haus. Sebastian, der Vermieter, war sehr hilfsbereit, spricht gut englisch und hat uns mit selbstgebrautem Bier und selbstgemachter Marmedade von seine Frau empfangen. Das Haus ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Küste entfernt. Dort verläuft auch der Fernwanderweg. Mit unserem Hund waren wir meisens am Plage des trois moutons, etwa 20 min mit dem Auto entfernt. In Porspoder gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt direkt an der Kirche. Große Supermärkte sind in etwa 20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir haben insbesondere die Ruhe genossen. Außer dem Rauschen des Meeres hört man eigentlich nichts. Idealer Ort zum Entschleunigen.

Maison de vacances parfaite

Nous avons passé quatre semaines en couple et avec un chien dans la maison de vacances. L'ancienne maison en pierre des champs modernisée est spacieuse, joliment meublée, très bien entretenue et la cuisine est bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la salle de lecture lumineuse avec vue sur le magnifique jardin. Un autre point positif est le W-LAN stable. L'emplacement de la maison (à environ 200 mètres de la mer) est parfait comme point de départ pour des randonnées sur le sentier côtier. Dans le village voisin de Porspoder, il y a une boulangerie et un petit supermarché. Les deux sont accessibles à pied en 20 minutes environ ou en 5 minutes en voiture. Sébastien et Emilie sont des hôtes très gentils et simples qui nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux ainsi qu'à notre chien. Nous avons passé un moment vraiment agréable et relaxant, donc des vacances parfaites en Bretagne. Nous aimerions revenir.
