Guest bedroom in a lovely modern home located in a very convenient location.

Enjoy your stay in the guest bedroom of a two story home. This property features an open concept floor plan with a modern kitchen. As you enter the home into the large entryway, you can go upstairs or downstairs. Upstairs you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom. Downstairs is an open family room, a guest bedroom with a twin bunkbed, and a bathroom where the washer and dryer is located. This lot is larger than most with lots of surrounding trees and an expansive lawn. There is a large back deck off the kitchen/dining area. The driveway is open and flat along with access to the property. Four-wheel drive is not necessary as there are no hills to navigate on your way to the property. This home is located minutes from the airport, University, shopping, and trails. The owners live here as well, along with their two very sweet rabbits who stay upstairs in their oen when guests are visiting.

Northern lights with the comforts of home

Amanda is s great host. We' loved that we found this home and we had the privacy and liberty of coming and going as we pleased. The house is very comfortable and accommodating. Amanda is quick to respond to any need. Highly recommended!! Thank you Amanda for hosting such a wonderful place to stay!!

Amazing, comfortable and inviting

A group of gals and I decided to stay here during our “mommies away adventure” trip. The house was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better set up. It was warm, inviting and cozy. Every detail was thought of to the warm cozy blankets to the amazingly soft and thick towels! We WILL be staying here again. So in love.
