Clean, quiet, and cozy 750 square foot DOWNSTAIRS unit duplex apartment. Private entryway. Located in a quiet, single family home neighborhood.

Less than 10 minutes to the airport.

Close to bases, UAA, AK Regional Hospital, Providence Hospital, downtown, midtown, and walking/biking trails.

Discount for active military. Small pets allowed.

Two bedrooms, private bathroom; one bedroom has a queen size bed and the smaller bedroom has a full size bed. New beds are firm with 2-inch toppers.

Private key code entry.

Off street private parking.

Fully stocked private kitchen/dining room and breakfast items in the fridge. Keurig, coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar.

Big screen tv with Firestick and high-speed internet.

No smoking. Smoking is fine outside.

Security camera and Ring doorbell on the front of the house.

Check in is 3 pm and check out if 11:30 am. Late/early checkout is fine depending on availability. Just ask in advance.

Private washer and dryer in the unit.

If anything in the unit is not up to your standards, please let me know within the first hour.

The 2-bedroom apartment was very comfortable and spotless!!! It was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans for preparing meals. Maia was an amazing host!!! She was very responsive to all of our needs!!! I would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a nice, quiet place to stay in Anchorage!!!

Quiet & convenient

This little two bedroom was quiet & conveniently located so you can get pretty much anywhere in town within 15 minutes. The host was attentive and resolved a minor issue quickly. I would book here in the future.

I was in town for a minor shoulder surgery. This property was a great recovery location. The space was warm, cozy and quiet. The bed was super comfy which was so nice after my procedure.

Homey great location and good for pets

Full kitchen, 2 bedroom, shower/tub, electric fireplace, parking at front door (nice for icy terrain), private spacious basement with ground level windows, big screen tv; nice furniture, cozy and comfy bedding(love that plushy cushion top), pet friendly floors and quick indoor/outdoor exit with small fenced in area.

Nice place

This place is conveniently located for restaurants and shopping. Out activities were hiking and travel down to Seward for the glacier cruise. The neighborhood is slightly sketchy. But we had no problem during our stay. The rental itself is very clean and well-maintained. Its even stocked with frozen food and some coffee. I highly recommend it.

Property was fine. Couches uncomfortable but beds we’re nice. Lots of noise upstairs. Communication was not good never got a response to my question about cost to add an additional night. Ended up having to move to another location.

Okay but…

Virtually no communication from host other than how to get in unit. No indication of how to dump the trash, expectations regarding check-out or cleaning. One bed was too high to get into (and no step or stool provided). Other bed was rock hard. Hard to regulate the heat (and face it, Alaskan springs can be brutal for someone from sunnier climes). House was clean, spare, and okay.

Nice stay

A comfortable apartment with well stocked kitchen. The owners took great care in making a welcome environment. There was anything you could need in the kitchen. It was very quiet. Neighborhood looks a bit rough in places, but nothing was sketchy. It would have been nice to have local channels on a TV. It was strictly Roku. The bath was good size, clean and with a variety of toiletries. My wife was particularly happy to have facial cleansing wipes. The only negative was the beds. The mattresses were either worn out or really cheap. There was no support at all. There was an additional mattress topper that really just made it worse. If you are a back sleeper, it'll work. We aren't and it didn't.

Great for a Night’s Stay

The unit was perfect for a place to stay the night. My friend and I were in town for a competition. We spent little time in the unit during the day but would come back each evening, prepare a small meal, maybe watch a movie or play games, and then go to bed.It was clean, conveniently located, and quiet.It is not a vacation destination.

The location was perfect. Close to Providence Hospital. There was a nice park close by as well.

This is the best equiped rental I have stayed in. A full size fridge would be nice.

Exactly what we were looking for

This little rental was the perfect place for my mom and I to rest before heading towards the Interior. Everything was neat and orderly and just as described. Thanks for a lovely, safe place to spend a couple of nights.

Comfy simple clean nice quiet place to stay for a few days! Appreciate the few small touches - nice towels, mirrors all around the place so they were easy to use, coffee. Close access to UAA campus.

Anchorage trip

We were very pleased with the accommodations. Living room seating was comfortable as were the beds. “Dining Table” was not adequate. Kitchen was equipped reasonably well. Host responded quickly to our need for towels. Nice neighborhood and adequate parking.
