About this property

Kick back and relax in this brand new Biloxi beach remodel

Completely updated and remodeled condo with top of the line furnishings and décor. I only hope our guests take very good care of interior as there is nothing in it bought from big box stores. It is furnished with all high end furnishings. Pull up just a few steps from your entry door. You won't have to walk a half mile then take an elevator to get to your quarters. Each bedroom and the living room each have their own private entry. We are 3.5 miles from the Beau Rivage and Hard Rock Hotel. For and idea of how we run our vacation rentals, please read the reviews of our 5 other rentals in New Orleans. Or better yet stay with us in both cities. Our listing numbers in New Orleans are 514575, 634476, 750189, 761572, and 1020112. We on the back side of the complex and have a big beautiful oak tree right outside the condo. Plenty of free parking for cruising the coast.

The check-in process was extremely easy to follow with the instructions that are given days ahead of arrival. The condo was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The bedroom with the single bed has the softest and most comfortable bed that I have ever slept on! The second bedroom has two very comfortable beds as well. It is conveniently located with just a short walk to the beach. It was nice to sit on each of the two patios, despite the view being of the back parking lot. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay

Condo was ready by 4 pm check in. Located in the middle, making everything easy to access. Condo had plenty of space for 4 adults. Each bedroom had their own patio to enjoy. Full kitchen with anything you may need. Stackable washer and dryer in unit was very convenient. Beds were comfortable. We would chose this location again. Host Michael was easy to text with any questions and responded quickly.

Condo was exactly as advertised. Super cute and clean. Loved the beds!!! Quiet and a nice pool area. Only thing I would say is the actual facility as a whole needs a little love. I would stay again.

Property had everything we needed. Centrally located to our exploring. Unit being in the back on complex was great. Very quiet. But still only 6 minute walk the beach. Complex was at a light that made it easy access across and/or East /West on Beach Blvd.

Family Get together

For the amount of money we paid to stay here, I expected things to work. The refrigerator did not appear to be hooked up to water, so no ice. Clocks didn’t work and the clothes dryer door had to be Velcro-ed to stay closed. Patio was very dirty, we did not use it. Location was great, check-in easy.

Disappointing

Broken red patio bricks led to rental unit. Outside needed landscaping. Interior was overstuffed with uncomfortable furniture, wall hangings, and decor. Dining room table and chairs were too big and heavy, Kitchen was great with all amenities, but toaster reset button kept popping. Pool too hot and not appealing. Bedroom and bathroom were adequate. TV needed two remotes to work, and not a great channel selection.

The property was better than the pictures really loved the 2 ground floor balconies which wasn’t shown in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture in the living room area.it was spacious . Easy check in and beach assess directly across the street. Owners were very friendly and helpful! Enjoyed the 7 day stay. Will reside there again if in the area!
