POOL AND HOT TUBS OPEN! Great 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in the heart of Snowmass Village! Just 120 steps to Fanny hill from this Aspenwood Condo. Brand new luxurious flooring, paint, lighting plus a newly installed washer/dryer. The condo consists of a huge master bedroom with a king size bed, cable TV, lots of windows plus a chaise lounge in the master bedroom - you have nice views towards the ski area and overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bottom bunk, twin upper bunk and an extra twin bed. This bedroom has cable TV for the kiddos. The living room has a gas fireplace. All rooms have televisions with cable TV. There is a ski storage locker just outside the front door. The location is superb - you are walking distance to everything!! The complex is next door to the new Viewline Resort (formerly the Westin/Silvertree) where they have an amazing spa and also a kids day camp for little ones that aren't ready for ski school. Plus you are walking distance to all Snowmass has to offer - dining, apres ski and shopping. The Aspenwood complex has two outdoor grotto hot tubs with waterfalls plus a heated pool, small exercise room, sauna and outdoor grill next to the pool. The condo is equipped with everything you need during you Snowmass Vacation!! The condo is professionally and thoroughly cleaned before and after every guest. Why they chose this property
I researched for years trying to find the perfect Snowmass Condo! This condo had everything we were looking for... it's walking distance to Fanny Hill, the location is superb. It's next door to the Westin Hotel, it's just above Il Poggio, Slow Groovin BBQ and the upper Snowmass Mall where you have Venga Venga, the Stewpot, etc. We wanted a location that was easy to get to... you can drop your skis and head to the mall for Apres ski, etc. Plus the condo is on the sunny side of the complex with great morning sun and it faces the mountain. I wanted to have views and good sunlight. The condo is on the quiet side of the building and feels more private. Also - the complex has been recently updated on the exterior.... so it looks modern and has a great heated pool, 2 grottos hot tubs plus a small workout room and a sauna. It just felt like the perfect place for our family of 5 to enjoy Snowmass!!
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location!! It's such a convenient location for ski access, dining & apres! Plus you get parking access in Lot 9 just across from Fall Lane. It's easy to walk everywhere, stop in for lunch during the ski day, grab a Starbucks in the morning just next door in the Westin.
