Prime location in Snowmass Village just steps from Fanny Hill and the new Base Village - in the heart of all the action. This totally remodeled and reconfigured 2 bedroom plus two bath open floor plan is absolutely gorgeous. Your are going to love this place. Sleek modern touches throughout, cook's kitchen with new white glass appliance, marble countertops, new flooring, split bedrooms for privacy, comfortable beds and linens, down comforters, updated bathrooms with marble tile, new heating system, romantic Italian glass fireplace-this place is gorgeous inside and out. I also have a 2 bedroom condo next door. Vrbo 6731. Great set up for extended families or larger groups. Units are connected by private exterior staircase. Both units have been recently remodeled throughout with fireplaces. upgraded HD TV's and all the conveniences of home.

Location and convenience is Key! Ski-in/Ski-out access from this slope facing condo with pick-a-boo views of Fanny Hill lift from your front door. Wonderful kids ski school or day care available just steps away at the new Tree House Ski School building only 100 yards from your front door. Free parking at unit, no shuttle or parking hassles for you! Relax in the hot tub after a day of skiing.

Walking distance to almost everything in the village or catch the free shuttle to town for some Aspen night life. BEST DEAL ON THE MOUNTAIN!!

The unit was nicely laid out, comfortable, recently updated and well furnished with a very well equipped kitchen. It’s not truly ski in ski out but is only a 5 minute walk to the slopes and the shuttle bus is right outside the door and runs frequently. It’s very fairly priced and we would definitely rent again.

Great place in Snowmass Village

Everything about this stay was perfect. It’s just a couple of minute’s walk to the Snowmass base lift, has a brand new jacuzzi nestled in the trees just a few steps from the front door, and the interior has been recently updated with all the modern conveniences. Our host Rochelle was super nice and a great communicator. And there is ample parking right outside the condo. We really couldn’t have asked for anything better and we’ll definitely stay here again whenever possible!

Rochelle was a phenomenal host, greeting us at check in and making sure we were situated. The unit is comfy with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It took 2 adults about 5 minutes to walk in ski gear with skis to the lift. Great location!

Our second stay in the unit. Always in demand, book early. Freshly remodeled with all new appliances and plumbing fixtures. Quiet location with immediately adjacent parking. The village and city bus stop is also steps away which is convenient for a trip to Clark's Market or downtown Aspen. The Owner is always extremely responsive. We will be back.

I spend time in my rentals throughout the year and make sure the unit is comfortable and updated with all the conveniences of home. You will enjoy this beautiful unit and prime location. The best kept secret in the Aspen area.

Why they chose this property

I take pride in owning 2 units at the Lower Willows. My units are well taken care of with upgrades yearly. You will always walk into a fresh, well appointed, clean, comfortable unit with extra touches so you really feel at home. I am a board member for the Willows and have owned units here since 1992. Our grounds and exterior have been upgraded recently and it looks great! Heated sidewalks and covered decks are a big plus. The Lower Willows is the best kept secret, best location to the Base Village and Fanny Hill Slope, just steps from all the action without the Big Price tag and noise.

What makes this property unique

Best location for the best price. You can't beat it. I book 99% every ski season with mostly repeat renters. Free parking right at the unit. A car is not neccesary, next to the free Village shuttle service and bus line to Aspen.
