About this property

OUTDOORS PERSONS PLAYGROUND

We are continuing to keep our home empty for at least 48-56 hours in between guests. This reduces the risk to our housekeeper and our guests giving time to viruses to lose their virulence. Our home is cleaned with Bleach Cleaners and all areas where is commonly touched is wiped down along with a deep cleaning in between guests. Microban 24-hour disinfectant is then applied to commonly touched areas. My wish is for the health and safety for all. Thank you for your understanding.
VRBO phrases that "All fees included" under your booking. It is a little misleading because they consider taxes are not a fee. So taxes are added to your booking. I have discussed this in detail with VRBO but I am not sure they will correct the phrase to, "All fees included except taxes".

Canyonlands airport (Moab) is 30 minutes from our home. Fly in to Salt Lake city or Denver then a connecting flight to Canyonlands airport. You can rent a car from the Moab airport. Enjoy the quaintness of the airport and enjoy the no fuss, no hassle travel. Easy to rent the car and drop it off.

I cannot say enough great things about the property or the host. The house was extremely clean, well appointed very comfortable beds. When we make it back to Utah one day, we hope this house will be waiting for us! The host was great also and extremely helpful. We found the house spacious and very comfortable. The twins (age 70) slept in the twin beds downstairs and thought the beds were fantastic. Others found the beds to be comfortable also. We cooked all of our meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Did a number of hikes on the San Rafael swell including goblin Valley and little wild horse canyon. Green River was the perfect staging ground. The host suggested one or two hikes we had not thought of and was very helpful in that regard.Note that there is no door on the bedroom upstairs so those downstairs need to be quiet if they are staying up later. The only other point we would note is that there is a stone slab under the pellet stove that is very close to the table. Be extra careful not to trip on it or stub your toe. The above issues are very minor and mentioned only for completeness. If we return to Green River this is the only place we would want to stay.

WE LOVE OFF ROADING AND SIGHT SEEING. WE LOVE THE PROXIMITY TO ALL THE NATIONAL PARKS. WE LOVE TO TAKE AMTRAK HERE. WE GET OFF AT THE TRAIN STATION AND WALK TO THE HOUSE. IT CAN'T GET MORE CONVENIENT. WE LOVE THE AREA AND LOVE THE PEOPLE OF GREEN RIVER. THE WATERMELON IS THE BEST WE HAVE EVER HAD.
