This includes a full kitchen, kitchen towels provided, Keurig coffee maker, central A/C, 3- ROKU TV's with Internet/WIFI only, screened porch for insect free evenings.

Garage includes space for your car! (Hot Rod or Corvette!)
Space also for your own personal
beach gear, bikes, stroller etc.


The Community of Clearwater is a quiet family friendly neighborhood with a Pool and Tennis Court. Our neighborhood is bike friendly!, perfect for joggers and morning or evening strolls.
Our community pool will open May 25, 2024 and will stay open until Monday Labor Day Weekend or until given notice. ***The pool is now open.***Pool pass is provided.
Our community follows the guidelines published by the Department of Public Health for the operation of public and private pools in the State of Delaware.

There are 2 Ponds that are catch and release only, for those that like to cast a line.
Our location is very convenient to all that Bethany Beach has to offer to include: guarded beaches (in season), Boardwalk, Bandstand, Restaurants and Shopping.

Paper products provided for our week and weekend guests i.e. TP, paper towels, napkins
Toddler bed with crib size mattress available with advance notice only. (Fits your crib size sheets)

Graco Travel Crib ( small size pack n play) also available with advanced notice only (bring baby's blankets)

For peace of mind all of our mattresses are in a Lullalori premium mattress encasement. Lullalori encasements protect against spills, has an anti-dust mite and bed bug shield, and are also hypo allergenic. All of our sleep pillows are in a Sleep Defense System pillow encasement that are water proof, dust mite proof, allergy proof and bacteria proof. Sometimes this issue can be overlooked when planning a vacation, so we have you and your family covered!
All beds have linens and sleep pillows. Extra fluffy blankets for each bed in closet.
All bathrooms have per guest bath towels, hand towels and washcloths.

Our TV's are ROKU TV's that are set for Guest Mode.
Sign into your apps to watch your content.
Select your date of departure on screen. On the date you select, you will be automatically signed out and your information will deleted at 11am on selected day.
Guest Mode provides peace of mind that your viewing history remains private and all of your accounts are secure.
