This three level home offers a top floor master suite, children's play loft, fully equipped chef's kitchen, middle level deck off the living areas with arbor, lower level deck with sliders from two bedrooms offering a quick walk out to the beach, gates on the decks, and there is also a secured side yard dog run!

Family Vacation

We have been coming to Topsail Island 9 years for our family vacation. Many memories have been made on the island. This is the first time we stayed on North Topsail Beach it was very quiet and peaceful.

Noisy furnace

The furnace was very loud and noisy which prevented me from sleeping well.

Very nice place

We loved the house. Tons of kitchenware to make anything you want. Views all the way around. The master bedroom was very roomy & the on suite bath was nicely done as well. There was only two of us, so we didn’t use the bottom floor at all except to do laundry. The only thing I could say off the top of my head is that the owners might consider doing away with at least two of the rocking chairs in the living room and put in another couch or loveseat for more comfortable seating. They might also consider getting rid of the huge entertainment center & putting a 60 or plus inch Smart TV. so that guest could watch Netflix, Amazon and etc. The kitchen is cute as can be and I loved the window shutters. The only thing that might put the finishing touches on it would be an updated stainless steel stove & refrigerator. I absolutely LOVED the place! You couldn’t ask for better views! This place just needs a little TLC and some updates & it would be extremely hard to beat!

Condo at the end of the island

Condo is nice, but in need of some repairs. The dishwasher is totally lose and door will not close unless entire machine is moved forward. The kitchen is stocked very well with small appliances and lots of plates and silverware. What is needed are small glasses. It would also be nice if condo came with bicycles as there are no places to rent in island. It would be nice to have beach chairs as well. Camp LeJeune is just around the corner and helicopters and planes make a daily round, several times a day, with their exercises. Very annoying to have the constant noise. And since the condo is at the end of the island, lots of fisherpeople visit every day. So the beach is more appropriate for fishing than swimming.
