The place was very clean and nice the only thing I would change is the stairs going up to the 3 floor and if they had ac in the bedrooms but otherwise location was perfect and would rented again still give it a 10 out of 10

Nice property. Clean and tidy.Host very helpfull.The pool on the hill next to it is great if you want a day by the pool, has sncks and drinks with a great view.The marina is only a 10minute walk as is the beach and the town centre.Only thing is there are a lot of steps to the apartment so if your not to fit speak to the owner

Lovely apartment

We stayed here for a week in march 2025.lovely apartment,It's on the 3rd floor with no lift so a bit awkward if you are not fit,We were two elderly women so found it hard to get cases up and down ,but a nice taxi driver helped ,This is a nice quiet area

My wife and I had a very good time in the apartment. The amenities are good, the living room is excellent, and the location is perfect: close to the beach (by lift or stairs), the supermarket, and the town center for dinner and other activities. It’s very easy to get a taxi to the bus station if needed, and also to the pool on the hill, which is a great place to spend your last day if you’re leaving Albufeira in the evening and want to take a shower before catching your bus or flight. Andre is very communicative and easy to talk to. Since we were arriving during the night (2 a.m.), I asked him to keep his mobile on in case we needed assistance with check-in. We didn’t need to contact him at that time, but he messaged me on WhatsApp to ask if everything was fine! I recommend it.

Good location

Andre was very responsive to all messages.Could have used a few more amenities like extra dish cloth, napkins maybe some basics like salt and pepper.Very close to a small grocery store which was convenient.Arrived late due to flight delay and found it a bit difficult to find apartment.

Great apartment with a great location. Great store nearby. Parking is difficult as the lot is frequently full. Need whatsapp to communicate and difficult to find the property.

Great value

Our stay was fab. Literally 10 mins walk to the old town and the beach. Very well equipped . Was great having to take much less due to having a washing machine, dishwasher was also a big plus. Air con machines in both bedrooms great. The big plus was also being to access international tv, Netflix and YouTube and the internet worked very well. Just a couple of things I brought to his attention and he assures me those things will be rectified for the enjoyment of the next guests . Compared to the cost of staying In other apartments in the same area I feel this was superb value being a lot less in cost. Dry quiet area, easy to find. Great stay

Portugal Getaway

Overall the place is pretty nice especially the kitchen area (Noting dishwasher and washer was difficult to operate not knowing cycle...could have used instructions) Upstairs shower is fairly small...difficulty moving within said shower. And bedroom to the right upstairs would have been nice to have additional blankets and pillows. Entrance door hard to utilize with key...We were generally pleased with layout, although many stairs to access apartment...Management were friendly and location was very good. Happy to have experienced the opportunity. People in the area were very nice! Portugal was awesome!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Ruhig und total super gelegen. Nicht weit vom Strand weg, von der Altstadt und dem Yachthafen de Marina.Ein Supermarkt und die Bimmelbahn, Bus ist unmittelbar in der Nähe. Ein Pool ist auch in der Nähe, eine gute alternative wenn man nicht zum Strand möchte. André unser Gastgeber war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar

Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Man ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in der 3. Etage ohne Aufzug. Es ist alles notwendige da, bis auf Geschirrhandtücher und Lappen, die muss man sich selbst mitbringen.

Super emplacement pour découvrir Albufeira et l’Algarve

Appartement duplex très fonctionnel à Albufeira dans une grande résidence. La salle principale est au 3ème avec une cuisine équipée, une grande table et un petit coin salon tu. Les 2 chambres sont à l’étage tout comme la salle de bain/WC. L’appartement était propre et la communication avec André trés fluide malgré notre arrivée très tardive (1h du matin). L’arrivée autonome via boîte à clés est un plus !!). Les plages et le centre animé d’Albufeira sont à 10 minutes à pied et il y a des places de stationnement gratuites pour la voiture de location devant l’appartement. Nous étions 4 en famille et tout a été impeccable.

The Location is very close to the Beach and a Supermarkt. We enjoyed staying at Andre‘s Place who is a very nice Host. The Check- in and Check- out procedure were uncomplicated and the appartment had everything we needed. Since we stayed during the Winterseason it was a bit chilly at nighttimes, therefore I recommend to provide thicker Blankets. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and will come back again.blankeres

A nice stay

We went in Albufeira for a few days vacation at Andre's place. The apartment was comfortable and with all the facilities, and near to the beach. We spent there a good time and Andre and his staff helped us where needed. Reccomended

Albufeira rocks!

Superbe vue sur l'océan et bien situé. Nous avons été un peu déçus qu'il n'y ait pas d'air climatisé dans les chambres à l'étage, mais seulement au salon. Nous avons eu un peu chaud! Mais en laissant les fenêtres ouvertes pour faire un courant d'air, c'était tout le même bien. Je recommande!

Great place for a holiday but...

The apartment is very nice and located, about 10 minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are large and the common areas spacious. But made less detailed with a scouring pad, some kitchen towels, perhaps gel or shampoo. Overall, the stay has been very good and the communication. Perhaps these details are what he lacks to achieve an even greater note. with André positive.

Wir sind voll zufrieden mit dem Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist gut und sauber. Es gab alles was man braucht. Das Bett war bequem, was auch sehr wichtig ist. Die Lage ist perfekt. Supermarket ist um die Ecke, wo man alles und sehr günstig kaufen kann. Der nächste wunderschöne Strand ist auch 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
