The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (Bultex mattress).
The bay window opens onto a 40m2 garden with a beautiful sea view. Two deckchairs and a garden table are present.
A washing machine is available.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with individual air conditioning, a toilet and a bathroom.
The first bedroom has a double bed (140 × 190), the second has two single beds (90 × 190). The bedding is brand new and of very good quality. Each bedroom has a closet.
The WC and the shower room overlook the scrub, the two bedrooms have a beautiful sea and mountain view.
