Privacy meets italian flair

We booked the house with 3 couples. So every couple got an privat room with bath. The house was very clean, the kitchen was perfekt and every room had an air condition. The pool and all around was also very clean and had an Italian flair, like in a movie. The location is very lonely, but you have an restaurant around the corner and some supermarkets 5km away. We stayed there 3 days for a concert in padova city. So it was perfect for all of us.

Küche schlecht ausgestattet Pool sehr groß mit gebrochener Leiter

Das größte Manko: Der Pool ist wunderbar, leider muss man ihn über eine sehr enge Leiter betreten, die wackelt und in sich schon einmal gebrochen ist und mit Tesafilm geklebt wurde (!). Diese Leiter ist definitiv nur für Menschen < 60 Kg geschaffen und gefährlich.

großzügiges Grundstück

Ein schönes Haus mit großem sauberem Pool. Giorgio hat uns trotz unserer sehr späten Anreise sehr nett begrüßt und sich gut gekümmert. Badezimmer waren okay aber die Duschkabine könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Gute Erreichbarkeit der umliegenden Städte wie Moncelice und Padova. Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Padoue, Venise, les thermes et le Delta du Pô

Destination tres attractive. Venise à 50 mn en train de Monselice, Padoue 20 mn. La maison est très jolie, pratique. La climatisation et la piscine autoportante ne furent pas un luxe! Le propriétaire est très sympathique et attentif. Seuls bémols : 1) découverte à l’arrivée de la mitoyenneté de la location , donc du partage de la piscine (pas de probleme reel car les 2 terrasses sont suffisamment éloignées et les autres locataires discrets) mais cela aurait dû être précisé dans l’annonce 2) La proximité immediate d’une route passante et d’un restaurant, donc le lieu n’est pas très calme. Toutefois le restaurant propose de bonnes pizzas, au prix attractif. En fermant les fenêtres, les nuisances sonores sont oubliées.

Prettig verblijf

Mooi huis, mooie en grote tuin, fijn zwembad. Helaas geen airco in de woonkamer. Het is lastig dat het niet mogelijk is om airco en vaatwasser tegelijk aan te hebben. Voldoende privacy. Wifi matig. Toch overheersen de positieve punten.
