Waterfront Luxury Tiny Home w/ private dock on Deer Lake

The infamous Deerly Beloved waterfront tiny home, located in the narrows on Deer Lake is now available for guests.

Enjoy a luxurious water’s edge experience, boasting 130 feet of shoreline and 582 feet of living space. Your time at this property will include sitting under the outdoor pavilion with full size exterior fireplace and boogie outdoor kitchen.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed, stunning view of the lake and a 42” flat panel television.

The family room has a confy sofa and the loft features sleeping for four more folks in two queen side beds and boasts a well stocked entertainment area.

The cabin is the perfect place to recharge for the outdoor enthusiast or anyone looking for a break from the stress of everyday life.

• This is a NON-SMOKING rental, this includes both inside and outside
• Boating and water safety laws as well as proper lake etiquette must be followed, including staying away from neighboring docks and observing the no wake zone within 100 feet of shore
• We are dog friendly (sorry no cats as we're allergic). Maximum of two dogs and additional fees will apply but only after we connect to make sure we're on the same page about rules and etiquette.
• Watercraft can be submitted for approval prior to booking and a $110 moorage fee will apply
• Parking is tight at the property, please no unannounced vehicles. Two spots are included with the rental.
• Outside quiet time starts @ 10 pm, please be considerate of our neighbors
• Entertaining people outside of your reserved guest count is not permitted. No extra visitors.

Lovely lake getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at Deerly Beloved. The yard, dock, home and outdoor kitchen were all great. It is somewhat close quarters to the neighbors, but it seemed like no big deal. The lake itself is really clean and there's lots of wildlife.

Two adults, three teens & A BLAST!

This was our short summer vacation as a family while attending a wedding in Newport. The small home was perfect for us! We planned like we were camping as small-town shopping is approx 20 each way. Because the house & lake are amazing, we wanted all the time we could to be AT the rental. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Deer Lake Stay

The location and facilities are perfect for a relaxing stay at the lake with family and friends. Lounging outside is made easy with the gazebo, patio and outdoor cooking. Access to the lake is easy and refreshing for swimming and fishing. Bring your own water toys. Beautiful accomidatoins!

Summer break

We escaped to the lake for a week to get away from the stress of Covid and were not disappointed. The house portion of the property was perfect for our family of four, but the outside area was what we really came for. We brought our dog who was able to play in the yard and in the water. We kayaked, paddle boarded, and played games outside and then warmed up by the fire and in the hot tub later in the evening. Neighbors were welcoming and host was attentive to any questions.

Perfect location

We had a very nice time on the lake! The cabin itself is very cozy, so you better like the people you are with! However, the outdoor area is very spacious - lots and lots of room for relaxing, playing games, eating, swimming, sitting in the sun or shade, sitting by the fire or relaxing in the hot tub - that was the absolute best part about this location! All the outdoor space! I was very happy with all the spices available for cooking - that is rare in a rental home! It was very well stocked with all sorts of things and the washer and dryer were so helpful! The owner was extremely reponsive with a couple issues we had and took care of it immediately! This location is so perfect, because it is off the main lake, in the narrows, so it is pretty quiet - the bullfrogs and loons are all you hear, which was so great at night. We even saw an osprey and an eagle having a little spat over a fish. The neighbors are great too!

Great planning went into this property! Great eye for detail!

We had never heard of Deer Lake and had the best surprise waiting for us! Place is close to exactly as pictured as one could get. We had shopped upon arrival in Spokane and that proved to be great thinking as there is no supply access at this end of the lake....and, that was the best part! We never had to leave & we stayed unplugged for five glorious days. Billie & Kevin were extremely responsive when we had a sheet shortage and tv down: they showed up within the hour with a stack of clean linens & a brand new tv! My mom was in heaven once she had the Discover channel!😊 The cleanliness rating is expected as this is a lake house and everything gets drug in! Bath and kitchen were fine, surface clean. Could have used more linens: towels & kitchen We all hated to leave but we have our mugs for our morning coffee and our new hoodies for Florida winters! Thanks again for being so true to your listing....we made new friends!💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

Good but not Great, has potential

We arrived at this amazing lake side cabin and all we did right away was sit outside relaxing and enjoying the views. The next morning revealed that the place had not been cleaned very well. The floors were dirty and it seemed that the only thing done before our arrival was the sheets were changed. The kitchen needs a deep clean. Basic cooking tools and dishes are provided. Photos on listing show chairs in living room, they were replaced with a very uncomfortable massage chair and the beautiful headboard in bedroom is gone. There is plenty of outside seating to enjoy the sun or sit in the shade. The patio had not been swept and outside furniture was sticky and not wiped down. Previous guests had not cleaned up after their dog and left land mines in the yard. If you plan on enjoying the fireplace, bring your own firewood. Bring water toys if you want to spend time on the water. Great kayaking, paddle boarding and boating. This part of the lake is quiet and so beautiful. Sunrises were very enjoyable on the dock with a cup of coffee. I give the lake experience and scenery a solid 5 stars, the cabin and property upkeep 2 stars.

The last 1/2 mile of the one lane gravel road was tight. We were in big Ram pickup and towing a 19 foot Maxum boat with a wake board rack. Luckily we didn’t meet another vehicle coming towards us both coming in and leaving. Other than that it was a great weekend. The neighbors on both sides were very nice. When we needed to contact Kevin he responded immediately. Thank you for that.

What a beautiful lake property!

We enjoyed all the outdoor sitting areas including an amazing dock. Shade and sun available all day. Our small dog loved the fenced yard. This is truly an amazing lake property! Our only disappointments were the lack of cleanliness inside the house (We disinfected, cleaned toilet, swept, washed windows and hosed off front patio) and general lack of upkeep (barbecue functioned only partially; hot tub jets did not work, grass was brown with weeds along the fence.) Would suggest a more adept house cleaner/ handy person. However, once we tidied, we enjoyed a fabulous week at the lake!! The property is amazing!

Perfect spot!

This hone was perfect for our family of 5 plus one Golden Doodle. This is a tiny home but it has plenty of space for our family. The outdoor space was amazing! We enjoyed Jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and fishing. We had a fire every night In the amazing outdoor Fireplace. Billie was wonderful and attentive. We will be back next year!!

Overall very disappointing

When we booked this property for a Thanksgiving getaway, the owner promptly responded and we were on our way. Two days before arriving we still had no address or key code. I inquired and was given an address and told the key code was on the way. Less then a day from arriving and still no key code. When I asked, the owner said she had forgotten. As my husband and children arrived around 10pm the first night of our stay, he couldn't find the house. He asked me to verify the house number one more time. It ended up that we were given the wrong address. The house number was off. He ended up finding it in the dark and guessing he had the right property. When they entered the house, it was 42 degrees inside! Freezing cold and no instructions on the heat. There was radiant floor heat which my family turned on but it would take many hours to warm the cabin that way. Also a propane fireplace but it wouldn't turn on. My husband ended up having to go outside and turn the propane on at the tank. We communicated with the owner and she said there was a navy blue binder in the cabin with all the instructions. That was never found the entire time we were there. Besides freezing cold temperatures, the kitchen garbage can was full of garbage upon arrival! It was obvious no cleaning had taken place to prepare for our arrival. I laundered the sheets before I would sleep in them. There was crusty food on the sheets in the master bedroom. The positives to our visit included the owner communicated promptly to our concern about temperature and the kids enjoyed time in the hot tub. Overall, I can't recommend this cabin because of cleanliness.

Family Vacation at the Tiny House

Our family had a wonderful Vacation on Deer Lake at the Tiny House. Everything was perfect. The house was small, but very well designed. We never lacked for space. Outside the house were large patio’s furnished with lounges and comfortable chairs. A professional BBQ and hot tub were also a part of the amenities Our hosts were wonderful, checking on us twice to make sure we had everything we needed. This is definitely an excellent property for anyone who would like to spend time relaxing and having fun.
