House is well appointed and clean. Lots of room for 6 adults. Although close to the beach, there is no beach to speak of because of erosion and lots of rocks. Pool was the highlight of our stay. It was well maintained and lots of space to lounge around pool. Two small beds on first floor were uncomfortable. They need mattresses replaced and grill needs deep cleaning. Location of house is great but a bit congested with houses built within close proximity and construction going on next door and service trucks often interfered with access to the house. Lastly, our host, Gina, was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you, Gina.

We’re so glad the home provided plenty of space for your group and that the pool and outdoor area were highlights of your stay! We appreciate your feedback regarding the grill and addressed it following your stay. We were also sorry to hear that you found the twin beds uncomfortable. Mattress comfort can certainly be a matter of personal preference, and we were a little surprised by this feedback as one of those mattresses was brand new. Nevertheless, we always appreciate knowing about anything that may impact our guests’ comfort so we can take a closer look. As with much of the Lake Michigan shoreline, beach conditions are constantly changing. Storms, waves, water levels, and erosion can dramatically change the amount of sandy beach and exposed rocks throughout the season, sometimes even from week to week. We’re also sorry that the neighboring construction and service vehicles caused some inconvenience during your stay. While unfortunately outside of our control, we certainly understand the frustration. We’re happy you enjoyed the home, its convenient location, and especially the pool. It was a pleasure hosting your group, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!

The House, the space- indoor and outdoors- was beyond wonderful!We were here for a combined family beach engagement. The two families enjoyed our time, enhanced by the house and kind manager communication.

Annual Grand Beach Vacation

We loved our stay in Grand Beach this year! The house was exactly as described and has the perfect location for short walks to the beach. Gina was incredibly responsive and made sure we had a perfect stay. We hope to come again soon!

This home is lovely. It's fresh and clean in a charming neighborhood, Grand Beach. The private pool is well kept and the lounge chairs provide a truly resort feel to this wonderful vacation home.

Loved this property and would book again and again. Great location and neighborhood. Short walk to the beach, awesome spot for sunset. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. So relaxing to just walk outside and float in the pool. House had everything you need. Highly recommend

Gina O’Hallaran is the best property manager!

Perfect Girls Weekend!!

Absolutely love the Grand Beach neighborhood! We were there for a fall family gathering and we were just two small blacks over from them. Played family golf twice as well as pickle ball! House was just what we needed and just a few min walk to the Grand Beach pier and beach area. There seemed to be quite a bit of beach equipment available however we do not use any of it. Kitchen was well stocked with items you always wished you had at a vacation property such as oil and vinegar, spices and herbs, coffee and filters, cling wrap and foil. We hope this will become an annual trip for us and we will definitely stay here in the future!

Great home and better manager

Home was a lovely get away for a cold weekend. Four bedrooms, large living area. We’ll hopefully be back in the summer. Gina is fabulous - came over on a Saturday night to help with a TV issue. Very attentive and thoughtful.

A Perfect Summer Getaway

We had the BEST time at this property with our two little ones (ages 4 and 1)! It could not have been more perfect. We are already counting down the days until we can go back again next summer. The home was so comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The beach was a quick walk (about 5 minutes while pulling a wagon) and the neighborhood was so friendly and perfect for strolls with the kids. The most wonderful property for a summer getaway and beautiful family memories!!

Five Star Stay!

Wow! A little slice of paradise in Grand Beach MI. We can’t say enough wonderful things. Gina, to start, was a wonderful and insanely responsive host. The home was clean, well stocked with the basic items you need, and had the perfect set up overall. Grill, pool, fire pit, and large living space - 10/10. A one minute walk to the beach made for amazing walks at night, and Gina helped set us up with a bonfire permit. We wish we could have stayed for much longer than we did. Our group had 4 adults and 5 kids and we loved our time together. Thank you!
