Perfect getaway
House was wonderful. Sits up on a hill with amazing views. We even had a large mule deer in the front yard greet us when we arrived. Perfect sized house for our group. Definitely need 4WD to get up and down the driveway in the winter. Was about a 35-40 minute drive to Purgatory to ski.

Spacious, clean, great view
We enjoyed 2 wonderful sunsets. Lots of fun knickknacks to explore. Close enough to Durango, yet remote enough to feel surrounded by nature. We enjoyed feeding the Scrub Jay's peanuts we had brought with us!! We would definitely return for another stay!
