Exclusive private location close to Sebonac Golf Club and The National Links and seven minutes to Coopers Beach and Southampton Village shops and restaurants. The two story shingles house has been gut renovated and includes five bedrooms and five brand new bathrooms, a new spacious chef kitchen with top of the line appliances, basement relax area with equipped gym corner, heated salt water pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit and a gas heater for the chilly nights.
