Megans home is beautiful, spacious and clean. The property is gorgeous. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and tennis court. I would highly recommend staying in this home. It was easy and fun. It has everything.

If you are in the Southampton area, this is the perfect place to stay with a big family! The amenities were amazing - the pool was clean and the tennis courts were a blast to play on. The common areas were great for hanging out and there were plenty of games and activities to do for people of all ages. The only thing that we ran into was running out of toilet paper…one roll per bathroom for 10 people over a four day stay wasn’t enough for our group. Bring extras! :)

We had an amazing nine night stay in the Hampton Bays for our large family vacation! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone to be together without feeling crowded. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, and sports court were such a fun bonus and became highlights of the trip for both kids and adults. The location was perfect for beach days, relaxing, and spending quality time as a family. Megan was incredibly responsive and helped anything we needed anytime ,which made our stay even better. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!!

Our family had a fantastic week at this property. The house is lovely and very spacious. The property is expansive and we enjoyed the pool, tennis court. Megan was a terrific host and we hope to rent the house again in the future. Wonderful!

The house was perfect for our large family from Mississippi and Tennessee to use while attending a wedding in the area. Lots of bedrooms and bathroom to accommodate everyone. The location was near all the places we needed to be. Megan communicated frequently with me about any and all questions and inquiries I had.

Everything was perfect. The owner was extremely communicative and everything described met or exceeded our expectations. We were a big group and despite the weather, we had a really fun time. I love the various sections and set up of the house so that everyone can just have their own space. There were plenty of games to play both indoors and outdoors. Proximity to the beach and town was fantastic. A definite winner!!!

The house was simply wonderful. It was clean and very roomy. There are many rooms in this house. The yard is to die for. We were so happy that we chose this place. The owner is wonderful and she was very easy to work with.

The property was very spacious and was able to accommodate my group of friends. It was very close to the beach and also many activities to do around the house. We had an amazing week at Megan’s house. The property is well taken care of and clean. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. The real gem is the backyard with the large pool, hot tub, and tennis court. Plus the property is very large and private. Megan was super responsive and helpful throughout.

Great location and very responsive host!

My family (6 adults and 6 kids) had a great time at this location. There were a few hiccups but the host was super responsive, which was great. Excellent location as well. The house could use a little updating but was perfect for our needs. Only note is bedroom in the basement is not private- just an alcove. The house is very private and the pool was really nice. Overall great stay. Definitely recommend!
