Very friendly area

Very nice place. A home away from home. I would stay there again if I'm ever back in the area. Sherry is a very friendly person and makes your stay very comfortable.

Photographer, who for 30 years worked from home! Purchased this location from the town of Bluff City in 2013. Building is over 100 years old and was slated for demolition. I had a vision of restoring it to become an asset to the town rather than an expense and an eyesore. With a lot of blood, sweat, and tears, (and $$$), the dilapidated building houses my photography studio, offices, the upstairs rental unit, and basic day care/ after school hangout for my grandkids (family business)! A labor of love and great joy to our family.

Why they chose this property

This property is conveniently located in the middle of all the area attractions, shopping and water ways. Holston River Tailwaters are 2 blocks from the unit. Boone lake access 2 blocks; South Holston Lake 15 min. Access to the Holston River "honey-hole" 10 minutes! this access is via my personal property located on the river! Bristol Motor Speedway is 1 mi. away. 3 major hospitals with 20 minutes drive on major highways. I-81 15 min from unit. Quiet, small town location with HUGE advantages to other units.
