With the Doe and Watauga rivers within less than a mile, Watauga Lake within about 5 miles, Roan Mountain only 20 minutes away and both Sugar and Beech Mountains just over the Stateline in North Carolina, this is the perfect location for outdoor sports and recreation. Parking is ample enough to accommodate RV's, vehicles with trailers and the like. Don't forget Bristol is just 25 minutes to the north! This studio offers an over-sized bathroom, and laundry facilities, and outdoor space to enjoy along with your own private entrance. A mini-fridge, microwave and coffee maker allow guests to control their food budget and for those who have a catch of the day to attend to, we have a freezer in the garage with ample space for your catch of the day, just alert us ahead of time. For those who wish to venture out, we have a catalog of local dining, events and activities.
