North Florida coastal retreat

Large two story home on the canal with guest boatlift and bay view. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by water, this home built in 2007 offers all the comforts of home and beach and boat access to the gulf waters. For fun on the water, bring your own boat or use our 3 kayaks and paddle board to explore the coast. Great fishing and fun on the beach surrounds you. With our home up in the air on pilings there is lots of area on the ground parking level to enjoy the shade, swing, board games and outdoor shower to wash off the sand and salt from your day at the beach. Includes golf cart, gas grill and guest boat lift to add to your fun.
