I am a Tampa native and was raised between Lutz, South Tampa, and Seminole Heights area. I am happy to help you plan things to do while in Tampa.
Why they chose this property
My father bought this and the surrounding properties in the early 1980's. The front of the building has served as his real estate office since then. The apartments are located behind the office and have all been completely remodeled and all are full time vacation rentals. The area at the time was very blighted and has since become a very desirable area to live.
