The master bedroom is a true oasis, featuring a breathtaking ensuite bathroom with double showers and a skylight. We can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, ensuring everyone can share in this unique experience.

Our apartment is thoughtfully designed and fully equipped to make your stay unforgettable. The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with high-end Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, ensuring you have everything you need to create culinary delights.

Step outside, and you'll discover a 60' dock with a convenient boat ramp right on the property, complete with shore power and water access. Descend the stairs to find a pristine sandy beach, surrounded by beautiful reefs and captivating coral formations just a short swim from the shore. While weekends might bring a lively atmosphere to the nearby bars and restaurants (with the potential for some noise), rest assured that the beach itself remains delightfully uncrowded.

Exploration opportunities abound with easy access to paddleboarding, kayaking, or even a snorkeling adventure to witness the vibrant underwater flora and fauna. We provide all the necessary equipment for our guests' enjoyment. Mice Cay (Isla Ratones) is only 0.5 miles from shore for an unforgettable kayaking experience.

Please note that Puerto Rico's beaches are not private, so you may encounter fellow visitors, especially on weekends. However, our onsite Resident Manager is always available to cater to your needs, ensuring your stay is nothing short of spectacular. Welcome to your oceanfront paradise!
