Beautiful quiet space next to beautiful beaches

Me and my family enjoyed the place it was as shown in the images, close to Boqueron, La Parguera, playa Buye and Combate. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location in Cabo Rojo

We enjoyed our stay - the house was spacious and provided a lot of room for our family of 3 adults and one teen. The pool was an extra bonus - perfect for cooling off and relaxing after a day of exploration. This area of Puerto Rico is beautiful and there is so much to see!

This house has great access to many of the best beaches on the west coast of Puerto Rico. Host was very nice and attentive. Her hospitality was top notch. I recommend this house.

The home was large and comfortable . We loved the location- close to beaches and great restaurants. AC throughout the house, plenty of bathrooms and perfect for a family vacation. The host was friendly and ready to answer questions at anytime. We had a wonderful and memorable weekend.

Great location close to restaurants between cabo rojo and mayaguez. Pool was a little small. Probably good for smaller children vs teenagers. Kitchen was lacking spices had to buy our own. Little dirty. Probably needs a good paint job.

Host was available when we had questions and the house was nice and in a good neighborhood but there were things that needed attention.For starters, the white couch was broken and we did not use it , Half of the beach chairs in the garage were broken so we opted not to use them, the small cooler in the garage was also not useable and while we were there.. the lounge chairs by the pool were old and cracked and my mother in law was sitting on one of them and it completely broke causing her to fall onto the patio. I messaged the owner about it and told them to check the cameras to prove we did not intentionally break it and the response was that they’re going to file a claim to the insurance I purchased. It’s a nice place but I think the house needs some attention for future renters .

My family had an amazing time. House was beautiful and close to so many great beaches. If you like the Cabo Rojo area this is definitely the house to have. Host were great. Very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back and recommending this location to friends.

Lots of open Space

Beautiful house with 4 specious bedrooms. The house was very clean, they provided us with clean beach towels to use while we stayed, the kitchen was very nice with a big dining area. The house was just like the pictures the owner was super nice and attentive

Family and Friends Reunion in Cabo Rojo

The beautiful house was close to the many different beaches. This was my grandkids' and daughters' first time on the island and they loved it. The many restaurants suited their different styles of foods and appetites while the beaches and activities like Swimming, Snorkeling, fishing, salsa dancing, bird watching kept us busy. The air conditioned, roomy house was the perfect place to spend time together exploring and being at peace. We agreed to definitely recommend the house to people interested in sharing PR's natural beauty and charm. The host was always warm and available to our questions before and during the trip which made the experience a true pleasure.

Issues

I sent the owner a text message and will not go into great detail here. We had water pressure issues, hot water was an issue, garage door kept opening( we would watch it close to then come home to it open), and broken furniture in living room and outside.

Nice but needs some TLC

The house is pretty, but many of the appliances need to be repaired (an AC unit, the dishwasher, one stove burner, very limited hot water). With a few repairs and more detailed cleaning the house would be amazing. The host was great and the check in/check out process was easy. Be aware thar the neighbors dogs come out at 5:30 AM daily and bark for hours. I know the host cant fix this but if your not an early riser then you will be quite annoyed. The location was awesome for tons of great resturaunts.

Mykel we really appreciate Your comments. Like I told you we are waiting for the stove burner and the technician .is going to be ready in couple of days . the stove is new and still in warranty . Hot water was fixed for one of the restrooms. They are 2 more restrooms with solar power and another hot water jackusi in the master room A new stainless steel bbq grill was install in the swimming pools . Cleaning girl is new . We can go over her I know she is going to do perfect next time . She is a very nice girl . We live in a island some noises are expected . I enjoy the noises of Puerto Rico in the morning a lot . The a/ c unit that you reported the only thing the handyman do was turn off and turn on and start working normally because all ac in the house are new too . We are always over the house maintenance. This is very important for us .

Large, Comfortable Home

This is a large, comfortable home with a unique modern style and pleasant outdoor spaces. We chose to stay here for a belated Thanksgiving with our sons, and found the kitchen large enough and well equipped to cook a turkey dinner. This home is will accommodate up to 8 adults comfortably. The bedrooms are a good size and the living areas have comfortable seating. The house is fully air-conditioned, but we found A/C unnecessary for much of the day and slept without it on for two nights. We enjoyed our breakfast at an outside table and also sat outside in the early evening for conversation. This home is a short drive to several nice beaches and convenient to major supermarkets and shopping. We found it a pleasant place to stay and will likely rent it again in the future.
